M	Manos Gryparis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στείλαμε δέμα αξίας σε αναγνώστη μας στις 22 Μαρτίου και δεν το παρέλαβε ποτέ. Ρώτησε και στο ταχυδρομείο αλλά είναι άφαντο. Συν τις άλλοις οι υπάλληλοι δεν σηκώνουν καν τα τηλέφωνα παρά μόνο μετά από 2-3 προσπάθειες. Επειδή το έψαξα το θέμα, είχαν σημειώσει εντελώς λάθος το ονοματεπώνυμο παραλήπτη την στιγμή που πάντα προσέχω με τα γράμματά μου. Στο δε τηλέφωνο όταν μίλησα παρότι έλεγα 3 φορές το επιθετο σωστα αυτοί μου απαντούσαν με λάθος επιθετο. Υπαρχει προβλημα κατανοησης σε αυτά τα ΕΛΤΑ. Δεν γίνεται να στέλνουμε επί 10 χρόνια δέματα και να χάνεται για 1η φορά και να μην ειδοποιείται ο παραλήπτης! We sent a parcel of value to our reader on March 22 and he never received it. Έκοψα χαρτάκι, αλλά επειδή μιλούσα στο τηλέφωνο για επείγον επαγγελματικό ζήτημα, έδωσα την προτεραιότητα σε άλλο άτομο, που μπήκε μετά από μένα και είχε τον επόμενο αριθμό. Τελείωσα την κλήση μου και μόλις τελείωσε και το εν λόγω άτομο, πήγα στο γκισέ πριν από μία κυρία που είχε τον μεθεπόμενο αριθμό. Ενώ η κυρία είχε δει τι συνέβη, κατανόησε αυτό που της είπα και δεν είχε καμία αντίρρηση να εξυπηρετηθώ, ο υπάλληλος αρνήθηκε κατηγορηματικά να με εξυπηρετήσει διώχνοντας με από το γκισέ, λέγοντάς μου με απαράδεκτο ύφος ότι έχασα τη σειρά μου, ότι δεν τον ενδιαφέρει πού έδωσα την προτεραιότητα και ότι αν ήμασταν σε τράπεζα θα έπρεπε να πάω να κόψω νέο χαρτάκι. Στο μεταξύ είχαν ήδη έρθει άλλα τρία άτομα, η εξυπηρέτηση των οποίων καθυστερούσε από την άρνηση του υπαλλήλου. Ευτυχώς μία συνάδελφός του έσπευσε να εκτονώσει την κατάσταση, και εξυπηρετήθηκα, αφού ασφαλώς πήγα και έκοψα νέο χαρτάκι. Να σημειώσω ότι όλοι οι υπόλοιποι, ειδικά οι κυρίες που δουλεύουν εκεί, κάνουν τη δουλειά τους άψογα. Παρά ταύτα, έρχομαι στη δυσάρεστη θέση να υποβάλω κακή κριτική, ευελπιστώντας να διορθωθεί η συμπεριφορά του συγκεκριμένου υπαλλήλου, για να μην αναγκαστώ την επόμενη φορά να προχωρήσω σε αναφορά. Πριν μάθω ότι έχει χαθεί πήγα ο ίδιος να παραλάβω το δέμα καθώς ενημερώθηκα από το ελτα κούριερ πως το δέμα μου βρίσκεται στο ταχυδρομείο (προηγήθηκαν πολλά τηλεφωνήματα μου και επισκέψεις από κούριερ και ταχυδρομείο). Ο υπάλληλος αγενής χωρίς όρεξη να βοηθήσει, σπατάλησε την περισσότερη ώρα να με μειώνει και να με προσβάλλει, σε σημείο να με βγάζει ψεύτη και να μην δέχεται να του εξηγήσω. Η κατάσταση σώθηκε οριακά από μια (προφανώς) πιο ευγενική κυρία που μετά από ψάξιμο και 4 μέρες, (δυο αν βγάλω το σαββατοκύριακο) κατάφερε έμμεσα να με ενημερώσει πως το δέμα μου υπάρχει, είναι καλά στην υγεία του και πως φαίνεται πληρωμένο χωρίς να είναι. 1	123 456 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα Ελληνικά ταχυδρομεία σαφώς βελτιώθηκαν σε σχέση με προηγούμενες χρονιές. Φένεται καθώς τα δέματα σε μια ή δύο μέρες το πολύ σου τα φέρνουν στο κατάστημα. Βέβαια το εν λόγω κατάστημα είναι λίγο της υπομονής λόγω λίγων υπαλλήλων αλλά παλεύεται καθώς είναι ανοικτό και το απόγευμα. Παραταύτα ο υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και σωστός στην δουλειά του. The Greek Post Office has clearly improved compared to previous years.
