Μόνο αυτό το πρόβλημα είχα, πλέον (μετά από 3 χρόνια περίπου) λειτουργούν πολύ καλά θα έλεγα. Δεν έχω παράπονο. In the past, some parcels were sent to Kozani instead of Ptolemaida. I only had this problem, now (after about 3 years) they work very well I would say. No complaints.

S	Sotiris Kaliakoudas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πλήρωσα 10 ευρώ για αποστολή επίσημου εγγράφου (άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος) από Αθήνα και παρέλαβα ενα τσαλακωμένο κουρέλι. Επικοινώνησα με τον τοπικό ''υπεύθυνο'' της Speedex Πτολεμαίδας ζητώντας μια λύση και ο τύπος με ειρωνευόταν και με απειλούσε εμμέσως ότι είμαι καταγεγραμμένος από τις κάμερες να παραλαμβάνω τον τσαλακωμένο φάκελο χωρίς να αναφέρω το πρόβλημα. Ενώ πριν ένα λεπτό του εξηγούσα οτί είδα την κατάσταση του φακέλου αλλά ήθελα πρώτα να βεβαιωθώ και για την κατάσταση του εγγράφου. Τραγική συμπεριφορά απο τον ανευθυνο ''υπεύθυνο''. Αντίθετα η κοπέλα που ήταν στο γραφείο παρότι της μίλησα εκνευρισμένος ήταν απολύτως ευγενική και με παρέπεμψε στον ανευθυνο υπεύθυνο. Να τον χαίρεστε εσείς στα κεντρικά τον είρωνα εκβιαστή. I paid 10 euros for sending an official document (license to practice) from Athens and received a crumpled rag. I contacted the local "manager" of Speedex Ptolemaida asking for a solution and the guy was making fun of me and indirectly threatening me that I was recorded by the cameras to receive the crumpled envelope without mentioning the problem. While a minute ago I explained to him that I saw the status of the file but I first wanted to make sure of the status of the document. Tragic behavior by the irresponsible "responsible". Ειδικά όταν είσαι από χωριό το δεμα σου ,σαφώς, ίσως να μην σου έρθει την ημέρα που φτάνει σε αυτούς αλλά όταν έχουν δρομολόγιο. Αν το θες εκείνη την ημέρα πολυ απλά πας και το παίρνεις εσύ απ την Πτολεμαΐδα. Δεν βρίσκω κάτι παράλογο! Να μου σκίσουν κάποιο δέμα εμένα ακόμα δεν μου χει τυχει ευτυχώς! Στο τηλεφωνο τους βρίσκω! As all couriers have positives, they also have negatives! Especially when you are from a village your parcel, clearly, may not come to you on the day it arrives at them but when they have a route. If you want it that day, you simply go and get it from Ptolemaida. I do not find anything absurd! Fortunately, I have not been able to have a package torn! I find them on the phone!
