My main dissapointmeant is that they didnt have tape and boxes,Althought the staff is polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude & unhelpful. they make you feel guilty because they have to do their job. I got notified by amazon that my parcel will be returned from Greece because I didn't pick it up ( one I ordered a month ago) to avoid last minute surprises. I didn't have notification from them. not a note on my building & not a phone call. I waited in line for 2 hours to get into Elta. I was greeted by a lady who kept talking to me as if i were a child until I asked to talk . bottom line I was sent from here and there, and finally was asked to "figure it out". Thank you. that was the only gift my son had for xmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up a letter and they were extremely rude. They shouted at me and told return back with more documents to be able to pick it up. When i returned with all the documents, the person who found my letter and declined to give it to me, was pretending to not understand or know about my case, while 2 minutes later out of the blue she was able to remember. It took them 30 minutes to find one envelope because this person hid it on purpose. To be honest i was afraid she threw it away. Awful experience, i should have talked to the branch manager. Such people should not be working on customer service. Truly a waste of time. Avoid
