Takes weeks to deliver packages, only one employee on counter to serve about 45 customers, took me 90’ of waiting to receive a parcel that should come to my door. To make things worse - even though they’re hugely understaffed- they still provide time-consuming, unnecessary services (like bill payments) that require a lot of time from employees.
