★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλιο υποκατάστημα ΕΛΤΑ. Υπηρεσίες τραγικές. Χρόνος αναμονής εξυπηρέτησης υπό κανονικές συνθήκες αδικαιολόγητα αυξημένος. Ταχυδρόμος στην περιοχή υπό εξαφάνιση. Χαρτάκι στην πόρτα της οικοδομής για συστημένη επιστολή ότι δεν ανευρέθη ο παραλήπτης. Έτσι, διότι δεν μπορούμε να χτυπήσουμε το κουδουνάκι.. Ταχυδρομείο της κακιάς ώρας. Τύπου Μπανγκλαντες με λίγα λόγια

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Έχουμε χάσει , επανειλημμένα, δέματα από το εξωτερικό, διότι μας έλεγαν ότι δεν ήρθαν, μέχρι που γύρισαν πίσω. Οι εταιρίες, φυσικά δεν επιστρέφουν τα λεφτά, διότι ήταν συνεπείς στην υποχρέωση τους. Δεν ερχονται πια ειδοποιήσεις, δεν φέρνουν ποτέ τα συστημενα. Ειδικά η ηλικιωμένη κυρία στο γκισέ, είναι αγενεστατη, καθολου εξυπηρετική και ο κύριος λόγος που σταματήσαμε, δια παντός, να χρησιμοποιούμε τα ΕΛΤΑ.
Unacceptable. We have repeatedly lost parcels from abroad because we were told they did not come, until they returned. The companies, of course, do not return the money because they were consistent in their obligation. No more alerts, they never bring the recommended ones. Especially the old lady at the counter, is very rude, not at all helpful and the main reason we stopped, forever, to use ELTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο χαρακτηρισμός ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ είναι πραγματικά πολύ λίγος. Δεύτερη φορά που περίμενα ένα μικρό δέμα από εξωτερικό (στα μεγάλα δέματα κουράζονται περισσότερο οι καημένοι) και όχι μόνο δεν το έφεραν στο σπίτι, όπως όφειλαν να κάνουν, αλλά δεν με ειδοποίησαν καν, ούτε με χαρτί ούτε τηλεφωνικά. 14 μέρες πέρασαν και δεν ασχολήθηκαν καθόλου. Μια και προφανώς τεμπελιάζετε όλοι εσείς εκεί, γιατί δεν πάτε στα σπίτια σας ώστε να έρθουν πιο ικανά άτομα; Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε.
The designation UNACCEPTABLE is really very low. The second time I waited for a small package from abroad (in the big packages the poor people are more tired) and not only did they not bring it home, as they should have done, but they did not even notify me, neither on paper nor by phone. 14 days passed and they did not bother at all. Since you are obviously all lazy there, why not go to your homes so that more capable people can come? You should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντιεπαγγελματισμός, απροθυμία, υφάκι και τεμπελιά στα ύψη. Η μία από τις δύο "κυρίες" που εξυπηρετούν κάθεται όρθια σαν τη βιτρίνα και ξαποστέλλει άπραγους τους πελάτες έναν προς έναν χρησιμοποιώντας απαράδεκτες δικαιολογίες για να καλύψει την ανικανότητά της στο πόστο. Η άλλη "κυρία" έχει πρόβλημα διαχείρισης πιεστικών καταστάσεων και αντιμετωπίζει τους πελάτες με ύφος, φωνές και τουπέ. Εύλογο ερώτημα λοιπόν: Πώς και με τι κριτήρια αυτές οι "κυρίες" επιλέχθηκαν ως υπάλληλοι εξυπηρέτησης πελατών;
Το τηλέφωνο τους είναι απενεργοποιημένο -εδώ και χρόνια μια νέκρα- λογικά επειδή "πνίγονται" στη δουλειά εξυπηρετώντας τον κόσμο.
Τώρα που η ΕΛΤΑ απέδειξε οτι τα έχει κάνει θάλασσα με τα συστήματά της, βγαίνει ακόμη περισσότερο προς τα έξω το πόσο ακατάρτιστο και απρόθυμο είναι το προσωπικό της. Πήγα για να παραλάβω ένα δέμα και μου είπαν να περιμένω ακόμη μια εβδομάδα, μέχρι να επανέλθει το σύστημα, για να μην αναγκαστούν οι καημένοι να ψάξουν στο καροτσάκι.
Unprofessionalism, reluctance, weft and laziness to the heights. One of the two "ladies" they serve sits upright like a shop window and sends unsuspecting customers one by one using unacceptable excuses to cover up her incapacity for the post. The other "lady" has a problem managing stressful situations and treats customers with style, voices and toupee. Reasonable question: How and by what criteria were these "ladies" selected as customer service employees?
Their phone is switched off - for years now - logically - because they are "drowning" at work serving the people.
Now that ELTA has proved that it has done well with its systems, it is even more apparent how untrained and reluctant its staff is. I went to pick up a parcel and I was told to wait another week, until the system came back on, so that the poor would not have to look in the wheelchair.
