★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία απολύτως ενημέρωση σχετικά με την παράδοση, ούτε e-mail, ούτε viber, ούτε sms. Έρχονται απροειδοποίητα να παραδώσουν με αποτέλεσμα να μη μας βρίσκουν. Μετά βεβαίως είναι άγνωστο το ποια ημέρα θα μπορέσουν να ξαναπεράσουν με αποτέλεσμα να πηγαίνουμε να παραλάβουμε μόνοι μας. Δεν περίμενα να το πω ποτέ αλλά χίλιες φορές η ACS, η οποία έχει σημειώσει τεράστια βελτίωση ως προς τις υπηρεσίες της.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν γράφετε πως το ωράριο λειτουργίας είναι ΜΕΧΡΙ ΤΙΣ 18:00, ο πελάτης που φτάνει στο κατάστημα 17:38 περιμένει να εξυπηρετηθεί και όχι να ακούσει με στραβοστόμικο και αργόσχολο ύφος, λες και είμαστε στο καφενείο του χωριού, "το αμάξι έφυγε, έλα αύριο". Ιδίως όταν ο πελάτης έχει περπατήσει μια κάποια απόσταση, κουβαλώντας δύο κουτιά (τα οποία δεν του επιτρέπεις να τα αφήσει εκεί πέρα και να κάνει όλα τα διαδικαστικά, ακόμη κι αν σταλούν την επομένη).
When you write that the opening hours are UNTIL 18:00, the customer who arrives at the store at 17:38 is waiting to be served and not to listen in a crooked and lazy style, as if we were in the village cafe, "the car is gone, come tomorrow ".
