M	Mix Βερτης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη υπηρεσία ever. είναι δυστυχώς αναγκαίο κακό . Δεν ξέρω αν θέλουν να τα πουλήσουν και κάνουν οικονομίες ,ούτε υπαλλήλους εχουν για εξυπηρέτηση ούτε τίποτε. Ολα τα δέματα αργούν εξαιτιας τους αλλά,τηλέφωνα δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ τουλάχιστον στη Σταυρούπολη Θεσδαλονικης και δυστυχώς από το εξωτερικό είναι η μόνη επιλογή . Μακάρι να υπήρχε κάτι αλλο The worst service ever. it is unfortunately a necessary evil. I do not know if they want to sell them and make savings, nor do they have employees for service or anything. Περιμενω λοιπον ενα δεμα απο Γερμανια, μετα απο 3 βδομαδες αφου εφτασε στην Σταυρούπολη για καποιον περιεργο λογο παρεμεινε 3 μερες στο καταστημα και εγω δεν ειχα καμια ενημερωση. Μου στελνουν sms οτι το δεμα μου θα επιδοθει απο διανομεα, ωραια, περιμενω και περιμενω αλλα τιποτα. Την επόμενη μερα λοιπον αφου παλι καλα ειχα το tracking number του δεματος, βλεπω οτι βρισκεται ξανα στο καταστημα. Παιρνω τηλεφωνο και μου λεει η πολυ "ευγενικη" υπαλληλος οτι πρεπει να παω να το παρω εγω γιατι δεν προλαβε ο διανομεας να το φερει!!! Πατε καλα ρε;; και εγω που να ξερω οτι πρεπει να παω αν δεν με ενημερωσετε;; Να μην σας τα πολυλογώ, στο καταστημα μου ζητησαν ταυτότητα και ενω την ειχα ξεχασει, τους εδειξα μεσω του gov την ταυτοπροσωπια, αλλα μαλλον δεν αρκουσε στον υπαλληλο οποτε με αναγκασε να του φερω την ταυτοτητα. Αν ειναι δυνατον. Καπως ετσι μενει πισω αυτη η κοινωνια και δεν μπορει να παει μπροστα. Δεν προκειται να ξανα παρω οτιδηποτε με ΕΛΤΑ. If I could I would not put a single star. Not to mention, in my shop they asked for an ID and while I had forgotten it, I showed them the identity through the gov, but it was probably not enough for the employee so he forced me to bring him the ID. If possible. Somehow this society is left behind and can not move forward. I am not going to take anything with ELTA again.

Συνεχώς δε σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα και η εξυπηρέτηση τους είναι απαράδεκτη. Καλύτερα να πληρώνεις μεταφορικές. Απαράδεκτοι! Και όλοι αυτοί πληρώνονται για να μη δουλεύουν και για να κάνουν επίτηδες λάθος στην εργασία τους, με σκοπό να ταλαιπωρούν τον κόσμο. The worst staff, the worst distributors in the history of ELTA Greece. They lost me twice a registered letter, which was sent to me from Athens. Α	ΑΝΤΩΝΗΣ ΜΑΡΙΝΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ για συμβόλαιο φυσικού αερίου, ζήτησα από τον πάροχο να σημειώσει στις οδηγίες να έρθει ο διανομέας από 2-5 και συγκεκριμένα προς το τέλος της χρονικής αυτής ζώνης μετά τις 15:30. Ο διανομέας με πήρε τηλέφωνο στις 14:02 όταν φυσικά δεν ήμουν σπίτι. Το 14:02 είναι γι' αυτούς το 14:00 με 17:00. Ευτυχώς μπορείς να παρκάρεις άνετα το απόγευμα μπροστά στο κατάστημα οπότε εξυπηρετήθηκα από εκεί. for a gas contract, I asked the provider to note in the instructions that the distributor should come from 2-5 and specifically towards the end of this time zone after 15:30. D	Dimitris Gaitatzis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το τελευταίο εξάμηνο έχω παραγγείλει τρεις φορές από Κίνα κάποια μικροπράγματα και τις τρεις φορές τα προϊόντα έμειναν σχεδόν ένα μήνα στα ΕΛΤΑ Σταυρούπολης και μετά μου ήρθε η ειδοποίηση. Τελευταία φορά που πήγα και παρέλαβα ένα δέμα το οποίο ήταν 25 μέρες στα ΕΛΤΑ Σταυρούπολης, τους έκανα παρατήρηση και μου λένε με το tracking number μπορείς να δεις πότε έρχεται. Μπαίνω μέσα στο site της ΕΛΤΑ, βάζω το tracking number που έχω από Κίνα και δεν μου βγάζει απολύτως τίποτα. Από το eBay και από το wish μου δείχνει ότι το δέμα είναι από τις 2 Μαΐου στα ΕΛΤΑ και σήμερα έχουμε 2 Ιουνίου και ακόμα δεν μου έχει έρθει το χαρτάκι για παραλαβή. Πρέπει να εκσυγχρονιστούν σε αυτό το θέμα και να μην περιμένουμε χαρτάκια να έρθουν ταχυδρομικώς. Και όταν μιλάω για δέμα δεν εννοώ κάτι μεγάλο, ένα μικρό καλώδιο ειναι που χωράει και σε έναν μικρό φάκελο. Πριν 7 χρόνια όλα αυτά μου τα έφερναν στο σπίτι, αλλά σήμερα πρέπει να τρέχεις και να περιμένεις μέσα στον ήλιο να έρθει η σειρά σου. Οργανωθείτε λίγο. M	Maria Koliou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα σήμερα το μεσημέρι το εν λόγω κατάστημα, ομολογουμένως τρομαγμένη από τις κάκιστες αξιολογήσεις. Ωστόσο, επειδή πιστεύω ότι πρέπει να λέμε και τα στραβά αλλά και τα θετικά, θα ήθελα να πω και τη δική μου, καλή εμπειρία. Περίμενα περίπου 10 λεπτά στην ουρά και εξυπηρετήθηκα σε λιγότερο από άλλα 10 για να παραλάβω δέμα εξωτερικού. Η υπάλληλος ήταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλική. Το κλίμα ήταν αρκετά ήρεμο, όσο θα μπορούσε να είναι σε υπηρεσία εξυπηρέτησης κοινού. Ελπίζω ότι με λίγη καλή διάθεση και υπομονή και από τις δύο πλευρές, περιστατικά σαν το δικό μου να είναι ο κανόνας και όχι οι φωτεινές εξαιρέσεις. I visited this store this afternoon, admittedly terrified by the bad reviews.
