We bought a ferry ticket for Santorini. Ferry hopper gave us no real info on what to do. So we went here to get our tickets printed (we are tourists with no printer) and the entire place is shut down no one to help. Guess we'll walk 30 min. With luggage tomorrow and hour and a half early and hope for the best?!

After disembarking I just followed signs to Passanger Port and Car Rentals. Very easy

Standard port. Pretty well organised. Toilets could be a little clearer. Nice views.

Simple enough to navigate around. If you buy online tickets then go into the terminal office to get the actual tickets. People were turned away from the ferry for not having actual tickets. You don't need to do the health declaration that some online sellers say. Just take your actual ticket and vaccine certificate. If you go into the old town it's easier to buy your ferry tickets directly from a travel agent than online. Same price. Final point, be super early as it's really busy.

Really big port with a tiny Seajets kiosk. Employees were busy and not very friendly, weren’t very communicative about instructions (I.e. which boat). Directions to the port were also unclear about where to go specifically.

Take your time to make sure everything works with your tickets well ahead of time. Buying the tickets online is one thing and getting them at the office is another. Adjust to local schedule and expect some places to be closed for short periods of time.

Went to Santorini for a day trip and was stressing over luggage and if there was lockers at this passenger station. I am here with photographic evidence of rumored lockers. 10 out of 10 would use again. We fit 3 carry on bags and another small duffle bag next to them. Cost was €3 for the whole day(7:30 am to 7:00 pm). They are located as you go through the Southwestern entrance on the left. The restrooms in the facility are also very well kept. I hope this helps someone else out!
