★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ships / ferries. They do have cancelled rides which can be annoying when you have to reschedule and already have tickets mailed to you, which is also costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't actually go to the office but the ship facilities are disgusting - every single toilet was blocked on our outward and inward bound trips (same day, possibly the same ship but this was about 7 hours apart so they could've done something about it). Some toilets were overflowing, and when several different staff members (presumably cleaners) came to clean them, they did absolutely nothing about it and were very very rude and pushy.
