★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Service, friendly stuff !!! We were given a Fiat 500 electric and it was much better than we would ever expected. We visit Mykonos every year for the past decade and we used to rent from different agencies, but we are definitely sticking to HERTZ going forward !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car, they called me the morning of the pickup telling me that car was not available and they would refund me (8 of august). As for today (18 of august) they have not refunded me yet.
Edit: nearly a month has passed and they still havent refunded me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience and excellent customer service! The procedure at arrival was fast and the staff there went above and beyond to please me and my wife since we were on our honeymoon. We were even upgraded to a new Fiat 500 cabrio! They did not try to upsell us as the most agencies do. We visit Mykonos almost every year and we will certainly book only with Hertz!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a typical Greek guy, I'm spending my holiday only in Greek islands and as per my experience some islands can not be seen without a gooooood car. This intermidate stop during my island hopping summer couldn't be different, I needed a very reliable car that could not only take me from one place to another, it needed to be comfortable and smooth on the rocky and twisted roads of Mykons. Upon my arrival, I shared my needs with Hertz stuff and they chose for me the ideal electric car. What can say - strongly recommending the place, very good and agile customer service by all stuff and particularly by the store maneger. I will be back again!

I dealt with hertz from the beginning until now and internationally the level of standards in customer service is TOP ? and they’ve been amazing ? highly recommended love them ! The upgrades are always breathtaking options. Car is always clean and in immaculate condition ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egli was so helpful! The online reservation I made via Rentalcars was wrong as I had requested an automatic but in the voucher it said manual. Egli sorted it all out for us so we could have an automatic and made our life a 100 times easier.
