We had a very pleasant stay in Kefalonia overall, and Alexandra was very professional and up front with any and all charges associated with the booking. Looking forward to booking again!
N	Nadia Crobeddu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this agency at all cost. I was unfortunately victim of a car crash. The agency did not provide any support despite the fact that I even paid for an additional insurance cover. The worst part is probably the agency telling me to keep taxi receipts as they had no replacement car for me at the time of the accident due to peak season. I was one hour drive away from my hotel and had to sort my way back completely by myself. They called me back one hour or so later when I was already in the taxi to say they had a car I had to collect from the airport which of course I declined as I was already in the taxi. The next day the agency manager told me they would not refund any taxi and advised me to contact customer support. The agency manager then told the customer support to whom I raised my claim, that they offered me a replacement car immediately and that I declined it. In the end customer support refused to reimburse any taxi expenses and on top of that invoiced me for an additional 130euros of expenses for 'admin fees' for the crash.

We had some issues while booking a car from the website as we received a cancellation every time we made a booking. At first I thought the mistake was due to my credit card until I recognized it is because there were no cars available in Kefalonia during that time. So I decided to go directly to the airport and try to find a solution. As I explained my situation to Susan (admittedly I was very annoyed by the situation) she handled the situation so well that I decided to write a review for her great customer service! She was really calm and asked to give her 30 minutes to resolve the problem. We then grabbed a coffee and just waited. Luckily, someone dropped off the car at that time and she arranged that car for us. Also, Susan tried to reduce the price as it was quite high during that time (high busy season)! Then the car has just been washed and she handed it to us. All in all, highly appreciating Susan's great service and her professionalism!
