★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. New girl did her best to help us. She called her Manager about 9 times before she came to the rescue. We got a an old and dirty Suzuki Swift which was a downgrade of why I had booked on line. Seats had white calcium embedded sweat staines. After enduring 45 mins of technical issues they sent us in our way. Take a moment to visit the 2 other counters about 2 meters away before going to Enterprise.. 2 thumbs down!
