All confirmed by email etc. When we arrived at the airport we were not on the rep's list and she said they had no cars available despite us showing her the email confirmation etc. Another family were treated in a similar fashion. We have since been informed that Pefanis tend to make a habit of this by overbooking! The cheapest immediately available car from the airport was @ €1000 for a week. We eventually located one outside the airport for €300 fully comp. BEWARE!!!

Made a reservation on their website and the car was waiting for us at their office in Lassi at the agreed time. There were no excess charges, no credit card deposit. Very polite staff. Everything was done in 10 minutes. We got a brand new VW Polo car (only 1300km mileage) and on the last day they picked up the car from our hotel. We are very satisfied, I really recommend this agency.

I emailed, they said our online reservation was not a contract and that no price was uoted...luckilly I kepy all their emails sent them screenshots.. they then strted to play dumb.. came up with a story that another car was also reserved in our name for a later date. Absolutely not true. No explanation as to why we were charged an extra €55. Then I got a weird email saying the car was no longer available... ridiculous, it was in the car park of our hotel! I will never use this company again and will tell my freinds not to either...

Ford fiesta arrived on time at apartments, clean car, few scratches, reassured full insurance no excess, no credit card required, 3 drivers no extra cost. Polite hand over. Would be 5 star but car had little power, not sure on engine size but struggled to get out of 2nd on those lovely hills to Sami and Fiscardo.

Greeted at arrivals and driven to collect car (far better than having to haul the luggage up the steep hill, as we saw others doing) On arriving at Pefanis airport office, there was no hard sell to upgrade or extend insurance cover. The price was the same as agreed and the car was the same a promised and not a ‘similar’ car. Paperwork took 5 minutes. Return was simple, drop passenger and luggage at airport, quick drop off, then Pefanis drive you back to the airport. Great service, great comms. Thoroughly recommend.

M	M Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if 4* is not too much for this rental: - booking is done via email - it takes a long time - the value is generally good - our car was far from advertised "new car" - it has several years and 55.000km on it but worked fine - child seat IS A JOKE - it's the cheapest c...p that you can find, insecure, uncomfortable - fuel policy is "return what you got" - I only accept full to full as proper fuel policy. It's one of the largest car rentals in the area, next to CBR. Would we rent again - probably yes if we do not need a baby seat :)
