Ιωάννη του Προδρόμου (1806), κτισμένος με ορθογώνια μάρμαρα που χωρίζονται σε στρώσεις με τουβλάκια και που έχει ενδιαφέρουσα γλυπτή διακόσμηση στην κόγχη του Ιερού. Inside the main square is the small but cute church of Ag. John the Baptist (1806), built with rectangular marbles divided into layers of bricks and which has an interesting sculptural decoration in the niche of the sanctuary.

Έχει χαρακτηρισθεί ιστορικό διατηρητέο μνημείο με Υπουργική απόφαση ήδη από το 1963, ενώ το ξυλόγλυπτο τέμπλο του ναού, είναι έργο των μέσων του 19ουαιώνα. Δυστυχώς, το εσωτερικό του θυμίζει εργοτάξιο! The church of Agios Ioannis Prodromos, with its amazing stone carvings, is located in Makrinitsa Square and was built in 1806 on the site of an older church. It has been characterized as a historic monument with a Ministerial decision since 1963, while the wood-carved iconostasis of the church is a work of the middle of the 19th century. Unfortunately, its interior is reminiscent of a construction site!
