★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αξιόλογο εκκλησάκι του 13ου αιώνα με τοιχογραφίες και στην εξωτερική πλευρά. Την εσωτερική δεν την είδαμε. Ήταν κλειστά όπως και στον Άγιο Νικόλαο. Κρίμα γιατί Κυριακή και παραμονή Καθαρής Δευτέρας ήταν κυριολεκτικά λαικό προσκύνημα.
A remarkable 13th-century chapel with frescoes on the outside. We didn't see the interior. It was closed just like Aghios Nikolaos. Too bad because Sunday and Eve Monday were literally a popular pilgrimage.

This is what was saved from the homonymous Byzantine monastery, to which Portaria owes, according to the prevailing view, its current name.
