★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στη νότια πλευρά του χωριού, μεγαλύτερη από την του Αγίου Αθανασίου και ίσως πιο μεγάλη κι από τις άλλες μικρές εκκλησιές. Ο χώρος της, έκτασης περί τα δυο στρέμματα πάνω σε πλαγιά, πριν από το 1910, χρησιμοποιόταν για νεκροταφείο. Θάβονταν σ' αυτό νεκροί της γύρω συνοικίας του χωριού. Προφτάσαμε τον χαλασμένο και με σύρματα φτιαγμένο φράχτη του νεκροταφείου αυτού. Η εκκλησία κτίστηκε από το γερο Μουσχάρα πριν από το 1900. Γιορτάζει τη μέρα της μνήμης της Αγίας Παρασκευής (26 Ιουλίου). Ο χώρος της γύρω, αφού έπαψε να χρησιμοποιείται σαν νεκροταφείο και πέρασαν καμμιά δεκαπενταριά χρόνια, χρησιμοποιήθηκε σαν οικόπεδο και κτίστηκε σ' αυτόν κατά το 1925-1930 το διώροφο κτίριο του Γυμνασίου Βάλτας. Ήταν χαλασμένη η εκκλησιά απ' το 1821.
Ανακαινίσθηκε το 1997 και υπάρχει αναφορά για ύπαρξη παλαιοχριστιανικής βασιλικής στο χώρο του ναού.
On the south side of the village, larger than that of Agios Athanasios and perhaps larger than the other small churches. Its area, covering an area of about two acres on a slope, before 1910, was used as a cemetery. The dead of the surrounding district of the village were buried in it. We caught up with the damaged and wired fence of this cemetery. The church was built by the old Mushara before 1900. It celebrates the day of remembrance of Agia Paraskevi (July 26). The surrounding area, after it ceased to be used as a cemetery and about fifteen years passed, was used as a plot and the two-storey building of Valta High School was built on it during 1925-1930. The church has been damaged since 1821.
It was renovated in 1997 and there is a report of an early Christian basilica in the area of the church.
