Really imposing monastery. The restoration has highlighted it as it was in the time of Komnenos. It is worth visiting if you are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα την Μεγάλη Πέμπτη και ήταν πραγματικά κατανυκτική η ατμόσφαιρα. Συγκινητική η περιφορά του Επιταφίου. Υπέροχος χώρος,μέσα στο πράσινο.Πεντακάθαρα όλα. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στον Ηγούμενο αλλά και στους μοναχούς. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφθώ.
I went to Holy Thursday and the atmosphere was really decent. The touch of the Epitaph. Wonderful space, in the green. A great thumbs up to the Abbot, but also to the monks. I will definitely visit it again.
