Incredible facilities with outstanding view! The owners are a warmful and welcome couple ready to give you the best advice regarding to your holiday in the island.

The facility is beautiful but the owner is rude. She requested to be paid off the minute we arrived and we were asked to live 2 hours before the check out time. No cleaning service for the time we stayed there. This was my personal experience. Maybe others had better luck

Absolutely beautiful villas in Ithaca. The owner Zoe was the perfect host and helped us organise a number of activities in the island including a haircut and a shave :) // she is awesome, the place is awesome and the island is beautiful. Can’t wait to go back :)

My husband spoiled me by taking me on the most romantic island get away. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by our hosts Zoe and Aki. When we opened our bedroom doors to go onto the balcony early morning for coffee and tea we where blessed with the most amazing sunrise along with the sounds of rosters crowing and the melody of small bells as the islands goats would make they way to find grazing for the day. The units are spacious, clean neat and tidy and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need while away from home from the air conditioners right down to the dishwasher (ladies don't need to get your hand dirty) there was no expense spared for the finer details which made the accommodation that much more special. Most magisterial pool right outside our villa. Our hosts Zoe and Aki informed us of all the main attractions on the island which made it more special from the morning walks down to the fountain of Kalamos to drink water that comes from the mountain down to the walk to the beach. The town is nearby with a grocery store mini market and pharmacy close at hand, and for a night of dining the restaurants serve an amazing variety of authentic Greek cuisine finished off with Greek coffee and best company, Zoe and Aki. Thank you for an amazing holiday adventure. See you next year same time and same place.

What an amazing place to stay and enjoy this amazing island. Ithaca is what you would expect of a holiday to Greece. Ancient sites, beaches, green mountains and the best of Greek hospitality. Our Villa at Homers View was so comfortable it felt like home. We had a few friends come stay with us and apart from our many dips in the swimming pool, in the evening over one too many cocktails we were more than blessed to have access to an ancient site to lay back and relax in the summer heat. Zoe the owner, was more than helpful in giving us all the information required to explore all the hidden gems of this untouched island. We will certainly be visiting again. As all the other reviews have said, Homer's View is an extremely special place. We stayed last week - two families, one in each house - and the accommodation, location and service couldn't have been better. It's the little touches that set a holiday property above others we've stayed in: pool towels provided, bins changed every day, Aki even helped carry our bags up the stairs. Zoe was marvellous too and made sure we got the best table at one of the island's loveliest restaurants. Zoe and Aki are both lovely, helpful and warm hosts. We loved the location of the property. The views are breathtaking and it was wonderful being up in the hills away from it all, really feeling as though we were having a remote Greek Island experience but close enough to all the things Ithaca has to offer. We totally fell in love with Ithaca - it felt more romantic and untouristy than Lefkada where we stayed the previous week (not that Lefkada was bad!). Our only regret? That we stayed for a mere three days on Ithaca and at Homer's View. We WERE NOT ready to leave!!! I am going to try and engineer another stay at Homer's View before too long.
