A	Anna Afiontzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay, very central! Our room had a nice balcony and view of the sea- great place to chill and have breakfast. The lady that welcomed us was very friendly, full of useful i fo about where to go/not go. Would recommend!
M	Murray Stanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and friendly. I stayed here for nine nights in June 2019 and really enjoyed my stay. Possibly the cheapest place on Hydra. Less than one minutes walk to the port and many restaurants. Five minutes walk to several great swimming spots. Small fridge in the room. The manager also kindly loaned me a jug/kettle for boiling water for coffee. You may wish to ask the manager (Martina) about booking the six hour 'round the island' boat cruise with G and G boat cruises. The boat cruise is excellent value for money.
A	Anastasia B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, and cozy rooms with all that will be needed for your stay. Even at a last minute call, they made a room available to us (very lucky). Extremely welcoming and helpful receptionists that are always there for you. Changed towels every 2 days and bedsheets every 3. Had a nice small spot to chill at night or in the morning for your coffee/breakfast close to every room they have. Also very easily accessible as it is right on the port and you won't have to walk much to take the little boats to the beach or to get to the central place of activities of the island. Would recommend it with closed eyes.

Negative: The stairs were a little dirty and both nights that I stayed, there were some children screaming and crying a lot. The walls are very thin!.
F	Fay Τiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are relatively clean but walls were literaly thin like a towel, you could hear in every detail whatever other rooms were saying. At times the flow of water in the bathroom was cut off, it only worked again if you closed it and opened it again. The staff were all friendly, until the day we checked-out comes, suddenly they became somehow grumpy and even if they've informed us that we would check-out at 12pm (as previous guest have done late checked-out), they knocked us at 10.30am and asked us to leave asap, even if she was the same person whom told us to check-out at 12pm, and then maid knock us at 11.30am and told us to leave. We are definetaly won't stay at this pansion again. We've never asked to check-out at 12pm, but they told us so, if they didn't want to, they shouldn't have suggested at the first place.
M	M a r y a n n R o s e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my cup of tea. I have American standards, so perhaps I’m a jerk. That said, the bed was hard as a rock. Mattress was old. So uncomfortable I woke up and couldn’t fall asleep again. Lumpy old pillows. And the linens… The shower was so small I could barely use it. Curtain kept clinging to me! The soaps provided were old and filthy. Definitely bring your own. In late October there are many places for 40 euro a night, but you have to look around. I found a nicer spot for 30 euro, but had already given the lady my passport. It helps to go further inland, which is just as beautiful. The owners are very nice, very sweet. I departed around noon to catch the 12:30p ferry without any trouble. The location is perfect, as it is close to And Onion restaurant (excellent, inexpensive) and close to the port. I just wish the actual room was better.
