β β β β β All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make our holiday here a memorable one. This was my first time aboard so I was nervous but as soon as we came to check in we were greeted with a big warm welcome and felt like part of the Gortyna family. A big thank you to Zizis, Giota, Melina, Daniela, Michalis, Amber and Vangelis for a lovely time. And a massive thank you to Basilis, we had a slight problem and he got it sorted as soon as possible. Such a good bunch of people.

β β β β β Rooms need renovation. Swimming pool works only at 7 p.m., so if YouTube are after traving during The island, you have no chance to take relax in swimmig pool. WiFi is not working Dinner srarts from 6:30 p.m. till 8:30 p.m. Hotel has no free acces.to The beach.

β β β β β Had a really nice week with friendly staff! Bartender Vaggelis was wonderful and friendly, Melina in the kitchen is a dream come true. This hotel is i really a dream speaking of service-mind! Would reccomend every day a week

β β β β β Its not perfect, but for the price its close to unbeatable. We booked a 1 week stay (2 adults 1 child) and with the allinclusive package we can hardly complain about anything. They set us up with a baby crib in advance and the rooms are decent size with all standard commodities. Beds are a little bit stif and not from this year but as expected. Though what really made this place is the staff. From reception girl to bar guy and lady even the cleanerns took their time to greet and talk and make us feel most welcome. The pool is a great feature aswell with good temperatur even this early on the year (1/5 ~24Β°) the kids are is not suitable for smaller kids though since its 0.6m deep with no steps but manageable nontheless. We appreciated our stay here and would not mind coming back again.

β β β β β To be honest the hotel in the photos looked pretty good and stuff, but in reality the rooms are really bad, small. The beds were really hard and the
pillows and bed sheets, same with towels were so old and kind of nasty. In the room that I was in, there were Many spiders. About the food, it wasnt so bad, I liked it, but the dinner starts so so soon that u dont have chance to travel around :/. Apperently there was suppose to be free wifi but it didnt work at all. Overall the location of the hotel is good but it needs a renovation. Also the hotel beach was suppose to be clean, but in reality it was full of trash and had an awfull smell.

β β β β β The staff were so helpful (especially after our trip got cancelled) they went above and beyond to make suggestions of where to go and how to get there, the buffet is pretty good although not always amazing depending on what you get. The rooms weren't quite what we were expecting, although we did go a very budget friendly way which may have lead us to getting something that looks like an American motel.
