I've been staying here for 10 days, the room was cleaned only once time . no cleaning was done, even changing the bed sheets in 10 days. I told the reception many times, but no one did the cleaning rom .I have never understood how the pool water is cleaned , the pool water is very demented .. only the employees are very friendly. I only give one star to the employees. I stayed here for two weeks. I saw that the customers who came in time agreed with me . worst 5 star hotel i have stayed in my life. I think this hotel should only be 3 stars for this service ..

L	Lynda Pace Avery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities and fabulous staff who cannot do enough for you. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the food. It is not labelled. The staff are meticulous about wearing masks and sanitizing high chairs etc. The also encourage guests to wear masks and gloves es in the restaurant. I hope next season is better for staff and guests.
D	Denis G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and drink quality here is terrible. Left over carrots for breakfast, poor quality meats, awful eggs...etc. We resorted to eating in a local restaurant and drinking sort drinks and alcohol bought from a local supermarket.

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is one of the most authentic experiences that we have ever had. They were warm, forthcoming and helpful. We didn’t feel like guests, we felt like family. The restaurants and the bars where perfect. The drinks were real drinks, made with real alcohol, and they tasted great. The food included in the all-inclusive was very good, and they ran several different themes throughout the week, but there were always grilled food and a buffet to choose from. The room was big enough for a family with 2 teenagers, with a room of their own, and a BIG terrace. We can recommend this hotel for sure, for a week of relaxation. And we thank the hotel and staff so much, for making our vacation perfect. A special thanks to Hristo, Janis, Linda, Maria and our Greek bartender in the restaurant where the food was served (sorry, didn’t catch your name). ❤️
b	bibi ge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was cleaned everyday. A buttler carried our luggage to the room. There are carts that can take one to the beach although the walk is a short 5m. Stuff was polite and attentive. Entertainment was good with scheduled dances and performances. Sport and fun activities were good, there was yoga offered while I was there. Food was excellent with local produce. Overall a positive experience will definitely be coming back.

The cleaning was not the best and everything at the hotel requires a deposit (even though the travel agency wrote "leave you wallet at home as everything is included"). The food is okay but nothing special stop a bit disappointed. The guy managing all activities at the hotel, Max, was fantastic ? five stars to him!! Recommended to join in on the activities, we had a blast every evening.
