★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great hotel in general, but if you travel with young children, some rooms close to the game center is not for you. The patio is practically unusable is you have young children that needs to sleep early, due to the noise level of the game hall.
Otherwise the staff, the pool areas, and the room service, is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too crowded, tight and small areas, small pools with max 1.40 cm depth, water smells in the pools, very crowded all includive restaurant, very limited choice of free drinks (only 4), just OK food... We didn't really enjoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful looking place with many pools great for kids. The food was good but I just wish they did not put meat in almost all the salads. Great deserts. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The annoying part was the fact that the sheets were very noisy so I could hear every move from the other room of the apartment. In the last 2 nights of our stay there was a group of people playing drinking games near the restaurant and they were making a lot of noise until just a bit after midnight. I consider noisy activities should not be allowed after a certain hour especially since the majority of the guests are families with children and babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and good service. Nice area, rooms and pools. Food is okay but we would only choose breakfast and not fullboard next time. We had better dinner buffets. Close to the beach and shopping plus restaurants. Cleaning and fresh towels every day.
