★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ηλεκτρονική σελίδα της hsbc εχει προβλημα και δεν ανοίγει με τον chrome και ακομα δεν το εχουν φτιάξει!!
The hsbc website has a problem and does not open with chrome and they still haven't fixed it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρέτηση για κλάματα τόσο στο κατάστημα όσο και μέσω της τηλεφωνικής υπηρεσίας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Για ένα έμβασμα προς το εξωτερικό η υπάλληλος εμφανώς βαριόταν να με εξυπηρετήσει και με παρέπεμψε στην υπηρεσία e-banking. Παιδεύτηκα 3 ημέρες μέσω της απελπιστικά αργής ιστοσελίδας και η δουλειά μου δε έγινε ποτέ. Η δε υπάλληλος της τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών αφού με υποδέχτηκε με "υφάκι " με έβαλε να αλλάξω browser με την αιτιολογία ότι αυτό έφταιγε. Το αποτέλεσμα: μηδέν
Έκανα και εγώ μεταφορά των χρημάτων μου σε άλλη τράπεζα στην Ελλάδα και ησύχασα...
Crying service both in the store and through the customer service telephone service. For a remittance abroad the clerk was obviously bored to serve me and referred me to the e-banking service. I trained for 3 days through the desperately slow website and my job was never done. The employee of the telephone customer service, after welcoming me with a "weft", made me change my browser on the grounds that this was to blame. The result: zero
I also transferred my money to another bank in Greece and I calmed down ...
