M	M Garvik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional. I brought my girlfriend in at the Hygeia hospital recently, she had just flown in to Greece for the first time in her life. She had an infection and needed immediate help. An older female doctor came to treat her, but she was impolite, almost aggressive and did not speak 1 word of english. We paid 100 euros, for a job that took maybe 5 minutes. Welcome to Greece.
C	Chica Griega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently at the Isobox and they are not open yet. They are supposed to open at 8.00 AM but it is now 8.20 and they have bot started taking samples yet. People are piling up on the queues, there is no personnel to guide us, no respect for our concerns, we are just sitting here waiting to pay (120€). The cashier has opened at 8.00 but all these people that paid are still waiting without being examined. What a great way to avoid places getting crowded! The response of the Reception when I called to inform them nobody has opened the examination isobox (although employees are in the box) was that “well, you are at a crowed es place but it is open air”. I m honestly impressed!
T	Theodore92 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hospital if you have private health insurance and are looking for a specific doctor. I used this hospital throughout the years I was living in Greece and I always had a good experience. Of course this was between the years 2002 to 2007 maybe things have changed since then because of the recession. I must say the emergency room was not very good though, the doctors their were not the best and I don't think they knew what they were doing or had the knowledge and education to handle emergency room situations or certain medical problems because one time I had a bad stomach virus and after 3 or 4 times of visiting the emergency room they still could not figure out what exactly I had or how to treat it which was concerning. So just keep that in mind if you ever need to visit the urgent care center.
D	Dimitris Selalmazidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my god. The bureaucracy of this hospital can only be compared to the public sector hospitals. I was waiting to get permission to leave the hospital for literally 8 hours. Did an inguinal hernia repair and was told to be here at 10 am. Entered the surgery room at 5pm like they did it on purpose so I stay overnight. Which I did and the next day they found out that there was a relapse of the hernia and they put me back to back for a second surgery. Unbelievably horrible experience. Try to avoid this hospital.

They accept Tricare insurance which is good and medicare/medicade. They do a good job most of the time. Their nurses are sub par for such an expensive hospital.
E	Elpida Georgitziki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you had a rough night and feel exhausted and stressed? You feel terrible and need to visit the emergency… Can it get any worse? Yes indeed. You can walk in the hospital in the morning and spend 9 hours waiting on a chair for a doctor visit and a couple of diagnostic tests. Rude nurses, lack of organisation and communication. The doctors were great, but you walk out feeling way worse and wondering… could public sector be worse than THAT?!

I called them asking them if they accept cigna my insurance over the phone they said yes and they told me to come to the emergency. I went there for 5 hours did an XRAy for 2 min and the dr saw me exactly for 5 min . Charged me with 250 euros to be paid cause they don’t accept cigna.
E	English Teacher Riyadh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware the staff in this hospital nurses administrators etc. are extremely rude and out of character. The doctors are amazing and they work very hard to make this hospital what it is however administration is tearing everything down with their rude behaviour and their irresponsible actions. If you can take the doctors to other hospitals it’s better. You can find out the doctors names and offer them to go to other hospitals private hospitals to help you there avoid coming to this hospital by all cost because administration is borderline normal. They raise your voice call Ma and they pretend that they owned the place meanwhile people here are sick and they need politeness courtesy and appropriate behaviour which they are not getting . I’m wondering is there anyone reading these reviews? Are you from this hospital? Then do something about it! Clearly there is miss management and even though this place has excellent doctors it’s going to go down because of bad and irresponsible miss management..
