The owners George and Petra and their friendly and professional team will make your vacation special and exceptional. The warm hospitality and service experience, will let you feel like at home. The hotel design is very modern and clean, the rooms are beautiful and pleasant. Very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal and is only a few minutes walk away from the town center. Within the surrounding area you can find a vast array of nice restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be heading back to the Hyperion in the future. We had an amazing stay. Thanks again for the wonderful vacation.

This is one of the best place to stay in Chania. Qe were there for 4 days. The service was very good. Stuffs are nice and kind. They arrangeed a parking of our car at last moment notice. The welcome drink is also very nice. Inside there is a pool for hot water swimming and the breakfast is also amzing. Strongly recommend.

One of the best and modern hotels we have stayed in. The hotel staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. Location is brilliant. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Very clean. Didn't use the heated pool. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Chania.

It took us a while to decide on a hotel in Chania but when we found Hyperion and saw the reviews we decided to go for it. We were unfortunately delayed on our flight and didn't arrive until the very early hours, but even then the reception we received was so warming and friendly. One of the biggest things that stood out on our visit was the friendliness of the entire staff. Even on our last day we were offered towels and showers if we needed something to do until our evening flight, this was after check out! I can't compliment the team enough on their positivity. Every time you walk into the building you are greeted with a smile and hello. The entire hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms are fresh. Great air con, TV and walk in shower. Complimentary drinks in the fridge (and complimentary drink from the bar). The breakfast buffet includes plenty to start your day well. The location is also superb, two seconds from the coast which has some great cocktail and lunch places right around the corner. Follow the coast for 10 more minutes and you're at the venetian harbour already. Perfect. I think honestly my only negative would be that unless you get lucky and are given a room on the top two floors then your view from the balcony is not the best. You can technically see the ocean through a gap in the buildings but it's not much. Also some (ours) of the balcony fronts are wood and some glass. The wood ones make it worse since when you sit down you can't see anything at all. So we barely sat out on it. Overall we were so happy with our choice. Definitely recommend if you want some days in Chania.

Loved this hotel. Friendliest staff ever, everyone from the gentleman at reception who checked us in at 1am, to the ladies at the breakfast buffet, the front desk ladies who helped with our checkout and let us keep our bags at reception for the afternoon, the manager who gave us recommendations and checked how our holiday was going. The breakfast buffet was simple with delicious options and good coffee. The room was small, very clean, perfect for our one night stay. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re going to be in Chania for a few days.

We LOVED our stay here. The hospitality shown by all the staff was just incredible. They were warm and welcoming and just made every effort to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The location is great - just minutes from the waterfront. The hotel itself is so clean and well designed. If we ever make it back to Chania we will absolutely book again!

We loved our stay here - a must stay hotel if taking a trip to Chania. We stayed for 4 nights for an excellent price with breakfast included. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choices. The location was perfect, minutes away from the waterfront and only 10/15 minutes from the centre of Chania. The hotel was also very clean and our room was serviced each day. We also got complimentary free treats from the minibar in the room! Excellent amenities in the room also to included a hairdryer, clothes steamer, coffee pod machine, TV etc. We headed to the spa on our final day which was also lovely and would recommend. We had a lovely therapist called Maria! What makes this hotel a 5 star rating is the friendly, kind and very helpful staff that work here. We were given great restaurant recommendations & tips for the wine tours in Chania. On our last day, the staff kindly let us store our luggage at the hotel while we headed to the beach. That evening, the staff supplied us with towels/toiletries to shower before our flight even though we had already checked out!! - Would recommend and hopefully will get to visit again.
