Buono il rapporto costi/benefici: vicino al centro città e praticamente sul mare. L'appartamento si presenta pulito ma i materassi puzzano di piedi. Le lenzuola sono singole in letto matrimoniale, pertanto si disfano completamente durante il sonno. Da portarsi gli asciugamani perché sono macchiati e maleodoranti oltre al fatto che in 9 giorni ce li hanno cambiati solo i primi due giorni.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is it's location, otherwise it gets an F in every measurable aspect of a hotel performance review. Upon arrival the room was dirty in variety of ways. the floor had hair rolling about, the shower is tiny with a moldy shower curtain and clogged drain. The keep the dirty broom and mop in the washroom! The beds were uncomfortable with old sheets that were transparent. The coffee machine had grounds in it from the previous occupant and the mirrors had greasy marks on it. There is no one on site to deal with to remedy the issue and check-out is non-existent.

There is nothing I would like about this accommodaton. The accommodation was not clean and the room was stinking. The biggest problem was that air conditioning did not work during our entire stay. We asked twice the property to repair it, each time he promised to fix it, but he didn't. In the room was terribly hot and stuffy. After the shower we were sweaty again. One day we did not have hot water. We had to bathe in ice water. There was not enough light in the room, despite the number of lamps there were no light bulbs. We did not enjoy the view from the room at all. The balcony was so dirty it was hard to see anything through the glass. The room was just above the noisy bar, so it was not possible to sleep there, noisy music played all night, the hum of people and the smell of water pipes went into our room. In the first days, the lock on the balcony did not work, anyone in the next room could cross a small barrier on the balcony and come to our room. It was later repaired at our request. From the street you could see into the room, if we wanted privacy, we had to pull thick curtains, so it was not possible to breathe there, as the climate did not work either. During our stay, they did not clean or change our towels at all. They didn't take out the trash, not even the toilet paper that we had to throw in the trash. The drain in shower did not drain, there was mold on the curtain. They also had a problem with electricity, the mobile phone was not charged with several connected appliances. We do not meet with the landlord, all conversations took place through messages via booking. Communication via mobile was a problem because he did not speak English well. The room was not equipped at all as they said, you will not find any barbecue, toaster or private entrance there. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. If it was free, we wouldn't go there. For this price you can find better accommodation in Chania.
