Their beachside bar is in a pretty spot, but the music was so painfully awful that we were eager to leave. It was like if spa music were also a torture device. We even asked if they could turn it down but no. At one point they seemed to be playing two different music stations over each other?

Booked for ~910€/week for a room for 2. I Booked directly on the hotel website as after comparing prices in different websites this was cheapest. Additionally a free daily refill of mineral water and the free shuttle from and to the Airport were also included. They ensure you the best price if you book directly with them. Room: It has been recently renewed but the work done seemed to be a bit „homemade“. The walls are quite thin and it was difficult to sleep after 7:30-8:00 a.m. In the room is a small fridge with a mini freezer. You can refill it buying drinks from any supermarket or ask in the reception for their mini-bar refill offers. Rooms were usually cleaned in the middle afternoon in our case and in my opinion this was rather a very fast cleaning. There were plenty of mosquitoes. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast served was quite limited and very little variation done from one day to another. The only charge we saw in 2 weeks were the 2 traditional cakes served (but in total they just had 4 to propose), the rest was the same. It would have been nice to have strawberry confiture, Nutella, salmon and a bit more variation in the breakfast and more traditional Greek food. Additionally to the buffet, you could also order something from the kitchen, this was focused on English breakfast or small variations. If you which to eat a kind on French breakfast which is the most common for Western Europeans you should rather search for another hotel. You could also order drinks like coffee and tea. The highlight of the breakfast for me was the orange juice which was freshly pressed every morning. Overall, the breakfast was for me disappointing. The breakfast buffet was from 8:30 to 10:30. It would have been great to have a breakfast available earlier. Cleaning: The hygiene during the breakfast was in my opinion a bit limited. Tables were cleaned to remove rests from other guests but I did not had the feeling that the table and plastic napkins were really desinfected. I did not had the feeling my stay was 100% COVID free and that the own hotel rules were always applied. COVID rules are anyway really flexible in this island. A lot of bees were also present during the breakfast, mainly while sitting in the small terrace with view to the sea. The pool bar or beach-bar: The staff was not coming proactively to check if you were interested to drink something, even though they were bringing drinks to other people at the beach. One of the days, no one came to attend us while sitting at a table of the beach bar and we left. Prices for drinks were extremely high. A beer of 0,5 liters was 5eur! An ice tea of 450ml for 4€ with no added value from their bar. Alternatively, there is a mini market in the corner, just 200m away were you can buy soft drinks for 1€ and beer for 1,5€. The sunbeds were in my opinion not cleaned or desinfected after use. I had often to remove sand before putting my towel on it. It was also necessary to reserve them with a towel early in the morning (before 9 a.m) if you wanted to get a slot at the beach. This was quite stressful as you had to plan always your day in advance and could not spontaneously decide. Very small pool and pool area. It was easier to book sunbeds in the pool area after 9a.m. Small beach. The entry to the beach has a lot of stones. Parking: No private parking available at the hotel, so we had to search for a slot in the street where many parts are marked as prohibited but locals were parking. I guess at your own risk. We were using a non paved parking just in front of the hotel belonging to another bar. If I would come back to Zakinthos, I would definitely not come back to this hotel! The price-quality relation was really bad, I felt I paid too much for my stay and for the service provided. I had a much higher expectation from a 4star hotel for that price range. I could also not sleep good during my stay due to noises and was not taken seriously from the start. I had to make pressure in the reception to contact the Boss. A bad experience!

What an amazing stay!!!! Everything is perfect on this property. Beautiful location, by the beach, nice breakfast and dinner. Beautiful room with a jacuzzi and awesome view from the balcony. Spacious and everything you need in or outside the room. The most amazing thing is probably the staff. They offer an amazing experience and provide the traditional Greek hospitality. They were just perfect. We travelled a lot with my wife and this place is definitely in the top 3. We will come back for sure for a long week end or short vacay. Thanks again to Klea, Marie, deyan and Yannis.

We just got back from beautiful Zakynthos. We had a wonderful stay at Iakinthos which is right on the beach. The water is very blue, so clear and great for swimming. The hotel was just perfect. We got a free upgrade to a family room which was very clean and provided with bath robes and a bottle of water every day. The hotel offers comfortable beach chairs / umbrellas, Stand Up Paddels, bicycles, airport shuttle all for free. The food is great and the portions are very big. The hotel staff was what made our stay so perfect. They are super friendly, helpful and care about little details to make our stay unforgettable. Shout out to Deyan for always dropping jokes and make us laugh, Klea for always smiling and her friendly personality and Yiannis for going all out to make us feel comfortable (wiping the sand off our beach chairs, carry the SUP to the beach, always asks for any needs and so on). We will be back!!

Went there with my husband and a group of friends. The area is densely packed with hotels and all sorts of beach activities - so don't expect a very quiet stay. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, ample rooms, great views and the Jacuzzi adds a nice touch to the overall cute experience. Reception always friendly and helpful. Stellar restaurant staff - I never connected to staff like I did with them, really extremely nice bunch of Lovely people - pure joy. Strangely the snacks were always of better quality than dinner arrangements. Now - the beach itself is a bit treacherous - the water is amazing, but there's many sharp rocks and pebbles that make going into the water a very slow and painful ordeal. Buy beach shoes!! The surrounding city area is mixed use, you'll find plenty of restaurant options and other things to do. Great experience overall - definitely coming back!

Just come back from 5 nights at this beech hotel. Great hotel and great staff! Really had a nice time there and the area is very chilled and a good place to relax. What really stood out for us was how great the staff are they make the place what it is. ?
