D	Darren Waite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel we've ever been to and we've been to many. It's a 4 star hotel connected to a 3 star hotel and as we were all inclusive we had to have our meals in the 3 star part with sub par food, would not recommend at all.
T	The Lokies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet hotel, next to the beautiful beach with clean water. Room was very clean, food was average pool very shallow. They don't have lagguage room and laundry service wich is not great. Water in shower was cold most of the time. But in general I would recomend. Tsivili is the most nicest area from all tourist areas.
w	william walsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location right on the beach. Very good rooms with free wi-fi, free safe and free air-conditioning. Most places charge for all of these things. Very good swimming pool and use of facilities at the sister hotel next door. 2 good pools and a well equipped modern gym. Excellent friendly staff who all speak excellent English. I will come back here next year.
P	Panagiotis Giannakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location by Tsilivi beach yet quiet and romantic after sunset. The hotel feels like semi-deserted though as it's always empty of staff, air-condition is off in the (abandoned) reception and the rest of the common areas and there is a smell of mold in the air. Our room was nice, the service was excellent and the bed very comfortable. The pool is amazing as is the restaurant and the staff serving were very kind and helpful. Dinner was served in the classy Seasky restaurant where the view is enchanting and the food above average. All in all, Palazetto was a very good hotel which needs a few touches here and there to become an excellent destination.
L	Lea Kouvarakou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best service. The lift smells of mold. Booked a junior suite and was given a normal room. When we asked if it were a junior suite, the receptionist simply answered 'it is whatever you booked'. Did some digging and found out it wasn't. The pool is in the shade most of the day so it's super cold. The location was nice as it is on the seafront, however the tall wall balcony made it impossible to enjoy the view when seated on the balcony. The rates for a sunbed and umbrella were high (8€) and we were rarely given a receipt unless we asked for it. The waiters at the Sea Sky restaurant were exceptionally polite though.
