β β β β β The hotell is just renovated and everything is in excellent condition. The rooms are very nice. Staff is professional and the location by the ocean is magic...
We had all inclusive, drinks and snacks were food, breakfast also. Lunch and dinner could have had some more choices, especially for kids.

β β β β β Wow this hotel is amazing right on the beach. The pools had lots of space and sunbeds .the cleaning lady was amazing so lovely she was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us .the room was big and very clean we where overlooking the pool and had sea view. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Everything was great except the food hit and miss .if this hotel did B&B as well I would
definitely be going back but I like to eat out at night and this was a last minute holiday but I enjoy every minute of it .

No help from TUI
The hotel knew how many guests were arriving but not ready
Not enough cushions on sunbeds around the pool, dispute numerous promises no more have arrived.. at the moment there are 90 wooden beds unoccupied as no one can lay on pyewood.
No speakers or music in any bar, around the pool.so no atmosphere.
No ashtrays around the pool so smokers are leaving ash and butts everywhere.
Food consistent of 50percent pasta every meal time.
Stale bread
Roof terrace bar not open, still with beojwn umbrellas.
I could go on

β β β β β Really good for a chilled out break
Nice rooms, big pool, next to beach, plenty of food choice, entertainment all included and a strip of bars, restaurants and shops 5 min walk away. Close to Zakynthos Town & Airport.
Only improvement would be for all the sun loungers (wood) to have a cushion cover (only around 1/3 did)

β β β β β Really nice hotel and great value for your money with fantastic staff , the food is of a very good standard with lots of verity and theme nights , you can drink and eat all day if you want too , looking forward to going back in June and September 2022

β β β β β Wonderful now updated fantastic pool. Cleaning staff really kept everything wonderfully clean. Special mention for Miranda who found my ring under the bed. Not keen on bar it has no atmosphere.
