★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for 1week from 19th june , yes rooms basic but this is proper greece , great hosts and zac even showed me how he does wood burning oven as i have one at home and have not yet perfected it. They are great hosts and georgio even informs us of his produce from their farm . Any bad reviews then they should get a life . Been going to greece for 30 yrs and this is greece . Thanks Georgio and Zac will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to be for a quiet break, rooms are kept clean & air con available. Didn’t spend much time in room, always by the pool & enjoying the fresh food. 5 min walk from everything you might need. Both brothers really friendly Zach & Georgio always welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want very, very basic accomodation and dont plan on being in your room to eat at all then it would be ok. My family and I stayed here for a week at the end of July and felt very uncomfortable. The people who own the hotel shouted at my husband for bringing a soft drink to the pool (they only allow you to buy their food and drink).As there are no real cooking facilities in the rooms be prepared to eat out, a lot. On the first night my husband had to go and buy cleaning products because we couldnt cope with the cleanliness of the.room and we scrubed the sink, kettle and bathroom. We didnt pay the 8 euros a day for air con but it is available to buy. We had originally been assured we would have rooms together but half the family had rooms on a different floor then were moved a few days later. In my sisters room the toilet was cracked and water leaking in the bathroom but when we asked one.of the owners about it.he didn't believe us and demanded that we showed him. The sheets on the bed my little girl slept in had cigarette burns and were not changed for days. We also had to buy our own toilet roll as were provides with just one.for the entire week. On the whole we limited the time we had to be there to as little as possible and enjoyed the time we had exploring crete. I wouldnt reccomend the hotel and wish we had booked elsewhere.
