★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful area for a picnic. There are several picnic tables situated around the area.. Plenty of shade.. and it's very clean and tidy.
The view is very impressive and you can walk all around it.. (it takes about 10 mins).. It is fenced of so quite safe.
There is also a football pitch opposite, which is an added bonus for those with young children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an interesting site, with good views around the area. It's very much hidden away, off the side of a road.
If you're in the area I would recommend visiting simply for the veiws rather than the attraction itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaos is heart-shaped and legend has it that it was created by a meteorite fall in the late 18th or early 19th century. Of course this fact has not been scientifically proven. The area is full of underground galleries and mining tunnels that may be geologically related to the site. So it is estimated that this is a sink that was created by the collapse of the roof of a large cave ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one hour driving from Athens a must visit place for a relaxing afternoon. Haos is about 110 wide and 55 meters deep. The destination very close to Lavrio and the drive way to Capo Sounio is exellent. Just try it
