★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location and breakfast good. Similar style hotel to Premier Inn. 2 temporary parking spots out front, both in use when we tried to collect luggage. When turning AC to cooling it defaulted back to humidity after a short time and this ruined first night sleep and day 1 in Heraklion so - 2 for this. Minor stuff like balcony door hitting TV when opened, curtains obstructed by chaise. Room 508 is a product of value engineering.

Unfortunately they are not responsive to customers' remarks in the booking request. When booking the stay I requested an early check-in of two hours. I received no response, so I assumed that my request could be met. A few days later, standing at the front desk, I am told an early check in is not possible...

Staff, Cleaniness, Central Location ,Resturant and Breakfast were surper.
A 10 out of 10 for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a room near street, very loud noise in the midnight, no hairdryer, no room for luggage to preserve, light wasn’t working in shower room, hardly believe it’s 4 star hotel

they should realy safe some CO2 , putting the temp a few degrees up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small rooms, the city is super loud, and the tablet they say is supposed to help control things in the room didn’t work. WiFi was also dreadfully slow. Fine for the one night but past that, look elsewhere
