Ionian Sea View Hotel - Aspro kavos

Majestic views and the staff is awesome,always ready to help. They made my holiday. Rooms were spacious and clean and the restaurant had excellent choices at affordable prices.

I stayed 6 nights. everything miserable. the rooms are awful. Too bad the location is be beautiful.the receptionist is also a waiter. a very good person but the manager is terrible. the neglected yard. and the included continental breakfast is poor. 6 days to eat the same thing on the menu is disappointing. the windows are hard to close. there is no TV in any room. wifi has weak signal. One morning the manager yelled at the staff and wake up the whole hotel. the water in the toilet did not flow. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

The best of this hotel is its view and it being right next to the sea. There isn't much traffic,either, almost none. The city centre is also close by. I was so happy to stay in this hotel after seeing a few others. The staff in the Ionian Seaview Hotel is awesome. They are super nice and want your stay to be a wonderful experience. Even though the room itself isn't the prettiest, it is equipped with everything necessary - even a small kitchen including knives,plates, a pan and so on. There is a pool which I didn't use, but it seemed to be clean, and also a pool table and more fun things. Through stairs you can get to the sea and take a swim. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants an idyllic stay. The only thing that's to complain about is the cleanliness in the bathrooms and toilets. Especially the common toilets in the restaurant are disgusting (which you do not have to use, because there is a toilet in your appartement). In the shower in the room there were a few strands of hair and there were also dirty spots on the towel. However, I was not bothered by that.

Stayed there last July. Good clean hotel at an affordable price. Food was nice, and the hotel staff was very very helpful.

WORST OF THE WORST!!! I never post hotel reviews other than on Booking.com, but everyone should know that this hotel was my worst experience ever!!! I see 5 out out of 5 posts by other people, but without any relevant pictures or arguments. You cannot rate a hotel only based on a smile from 1 kind staff. We arrived at the hotel and we’ve been given rooms at the ground floor that smelled horrible, mold, not ventilated, not cleaned. The toilets weren’t clean, full with urine, door handles were grease, the small kitchen had the door covers broken and everything was covered in mold and grime. Shower wasn’t clean and full with hair and dust/mud from the previous guests. The garden and the pool area is in the same condition, old, not clean, needs full refurbishment. The air conditioning that is paid extra, 7€/day, is set at a temperature that you decide at the beginning and if you want a change you need to go again to reception and bag someone to come and change the temperature… you don’t receive a remote!! You receive only one key even if you stay 4 in a room. You are forced to throw the toilet paper in the bin, but the bin is cleaned only every third day. You tell the stuff that this is not acceptable and the only thing that you receive in return is contempt. They don’t give a…… And all the above for 90€/day!!!!! Rrrreeeeeeaaaaalllllyyyyyy??? Do you need more? If you guys consider staying in this hotel… it is your problem, but if you make the mistake, be honest and give the review so we stop others coming to this hotel until they change their attitude and refurbish everything.

Amazing staff. I have never felt more welcome in a hotel. Swimming pool area is spotless. Rooms are clean ,kettle and fridges in all rooms. Air conditioning works fine with no problems. Rooms have balcony with incredible sea view. Covid protocol followed in all areas of the hotel. Great location outside if kavos... we ll visit again next summer.

Amazing hotel, had a blast staying there, it soo close to the beach, their restaurant has great prices and superb food, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back

This hotel situated on the southern tip of Corfu has a great veiw one of the best ive experienced. The rooms are very standard and the mattresses are really hard and uncomfortable. The staff were kind and courteous. As a family we had a great time here but the hotel has its bad points. We had to pay for the the air-con wich was 60 euros for the week even though it was stated with the holiday advertising, also we weren't allowed to take our own drinks or food around the pool showing that the hotel was very money hungry and they only want you to pay the expensive drink and food prices. But in this case you get what you pay for and we got a good deal on the holiday so we made the best of it. All in all a good time.
