T	Thanos Pantazis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο ορισμός του αντιεπαγγελματισμου. Σημειώθηκε τεράστια ζημιά σε λαπτοπ εξαιτίας τους και όχι μόνο δε το παραδεχοντουσαν αλλα με κατηγόρησαν κιολας. Μεγαλη καθυστέρηση. Γενικότερα το χειρότερο μαγαζί!!!!!!!! The definition of unprofessionalism. There was a huge damage to laptops because of them and not only did they not admit it but they even blamed me. Big delay. Overall the worst store !!!!!!!!

Θα σας ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα! Congratulations to both children of the store! They were both excellent, and especially Lefteris who placed the glass perfectly on my cell phone. I will definitely prefer you again!

Τις προάλλες πήγα για parental control από iPhone 8 σε iPhone 7 κ ενώ μου είπανε πως δε γνωρίζανε τα σχετικά,μπήκανε στο website της εταιρίας για να μου εξηγήσουνε. Εχω αφήσει Samsung galaxy για σέρβις,λαπτοπ της Dell για επισκευή οθόνης,σε ολα μου δώσανε κοστολογιο το οποίο αφου βρηκα απολύτως λογικό τα επισκευάσανε.. Προ ολίγων μηνών ενώ γνώριζα πως η διοίκηση αλλαξε χέρια,τους επέλεξα ξανα και για άλλη μια φορά έτυχα τη γνώριμη συμπεριφορά σωστού επαγγελματία,για αυτό και θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά. Polite, at reasonable prices, I shopped from case to iPhone and I was happy. helpful, even if their knowledge is not enough they will look for it. The other day I went for parental control from iPhone 8 to iPhone 7 and while they told me that they did not know about it, they went to the company's website to explain. I left Samsung galaxy for service, Dell laptop for screen repair, they gave me a cost list for everything, which after I found it completely reasonable, they repaired .. A few months ago, while I knew that the administration changed hands, I re-elected them and once again I experienced the familiar behavior of a good professional, which is why I will prefer them again.

Πήγα στο κατάστημα να αλλάξω μια οθόνη για Galaxy S10+ και αφού την άλλαξα και χρεώθηκα 233 ευρω χωρίς ΦΠΑ και τοποθέτηση προστασίας οθόνης στα 15 ευρώ, σύνολο 248 ευρώ χωρίς ΦΠΑ. Μετά από αυτό έλεγξα στο site και διαπίστωσα ότι η τιμή της οθόνης είναι στα 209 ευρώ χωρίς ΦΠΑ. Στην ουσία με κλέψανε για 20 ευρώ και επίσης ενώ με καλέσανε ότι είναι έτοιμο να το παραλάβω και τελικά δεν είχαν βάλει την προστασία οθόνης και αναγκάστηκα να περιμένω και εκεί επιπλέον 15 λεπτά. Θα μπορούσε να είχε γίνει καλύτερη δουλειά. Unacceptable. I went to the store to change a screen for Galaxy S10 + and after I changed it and was charged 233 euros without VAT and installation of a screen protector at 15 euros, a total of 248 euros without VAT. After that I checked the site and found that the price of the screen is 209 euros without VAT. V	Vanessa Zouganeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ευγενικοτερο που μπορώ να πω ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Πήγα το κινητό μου με σπασμενη οθόνη. Την άλλαξαν και όταν το παρελαβα είδα ότι δεν είχε μπει καλά και την είχαν ζορίσει. Με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι είναι οκ. (Λάθος μου που το παρελαβα) . Μετά δυο ημέρες βγάζει ένα άσπρο σημάδι στην οθόνη. Δεν πρόλαβα να τους το παω και σπάει από μόνη της η οθόνη την ώρα που την έβαζα στην θήκη του τηλεφώνου. Δεν παραδέχτηκαν ποτε ότι φταίνε να έβγαλαν με αγένεια τρελό και ασχετο και ότι εγώ την εσπασα και μου πρότειναν με μια γελοια έκπτωση (10 ευρώ) να την ξανα αλλαξουν αλλά χωρίς εγγυηση σωστής τοποθέτησης. Σε άλλο κατάστημα που πήγα , επιβεβαίωσαν την κακή τοποθέτηση της οθόνης και την αιτία της ζημίας εξαιτίας της τοποθέτησης. Τελικά πλήρωσα δευτερη φορα την οθόνη σε άλλο κατάστημα και έμαθα το μάθημα μου!!! Μακρυά από I-red τουλάχιστον του Χαλανδρίου! Βαγγέλης Κόλλιας (Για να μην νομίζουν ότι διαμαρτύρομαι ανώνυμα) The kindest I can say UNACCEPTABLE! I went with my cell phone with a broken screen. They changed it and when I received it I saw that it had not fit well and they had forced it. They assured me that it is ok. (My mistake I received it). After two days a white mark appears on the screen. I did not manage to take it to them and the screen breaks by itself when I put it in the phone case. They never admitted that it was their fault that they rudely came out crazy and irrelevant and that I broke it and offered me with a ridiculous discount (10 euros) to change it again but without a guarantee of proper placement. At another store I went to, they confirmed the bad placement of the screen and the cause of the damage due to the placement. Finally I paid the second time the screen in another store and I learned my lesson !!! Away from I-red at least of Halandri!
