 Excellent service! The children did the technical inspection of the device, informed about the problem without charging anything, just as they explained upon delivery of the device.

Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση , εμπειρία στο αντικείμενό τους , ταχύτητα , ευγένεια , ενημέρωση είναι τα χαρακτηριστικά δείγματά τους.
Είχα σοβαρό πρόβλημα στο από 13ετίας laptop μου στην κάρτα γραφικών και την επισκεύασαν , δεδομένου ότι δεν υπάρχει στο εμπόριο καινούργια ή μεταχειρισμένη και με έβγαλαν από ένα φοβερό άγχος .
Παιδιά σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ.

I had a serious problem with my 13 year old laptop on the graphics card and they repaired it, as it is not new or used on the market and they took me out of a terrible stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλη εξυπηρέτηση και μόνο που μπαίνες να κάνεις μια ερώτηση, χωρίς δεσμεύσεις. Έτσι κερδίζεις τον πελάτη σήμερα και είναι λόγος να ξαναμπείς στο μαγαζί τους για περισσότερα. Λείπουν τέτοιες συμπεριφορές!
Very good service and only you can ask a question, without commitments. This is how you gain the customer today and it is a reason to come back to their store for more. Such behaviors are missing!

Όπου αλλού και να πήγα μου παρέδιδαν τον υπολογιστή την επόμενη ημέρα λέγοντας πως δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι!
Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση με συνεχή επικοινωνία για ενημέρωση της κατάστασης και παρόλο που αφιέρωσαν πολύ χρόνο για την επισκευή
η τιμή ήταν πολύ χαμηλή!
Μην ψάχνετε που να επισκευάσετε τον υπολογιστή σας, το βρήκατε!
Σας ευχαριστώ και πάλι!
The only ones who managed to solve the problem!
Wherever I went they handed me the computer the next day saying they could not do anything!
Flawless service with constant communication to update the situation and although they devoted a lot of time to the repair
the price was too low!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτό το κατάστημα μου το συνέστησε μία φίλη, διότι τα παιδιά που το έχουν (Νίκος και Παύλος) είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικά. Και έτσι ακριβώς ήταν. Έπαθα μία ζημιά της τελευταίας στιγμής και έκαναν τα αδύνατα δυνατά για να με βοηθήσουν. Και τα κατάφεραν.
Επισκευάζουν κάτι που άλλοι δεν μπορούν (ή δεν θέλουν). Έχουν μεράκι, ευγένεια, ικανότητα και χιούμορ. Τρομερά παιδιά, σίγουρα όποτε ξαναχρειαστώ σέρβις στο οτιδήποτε, θα πάω εκεί.
This store was recommended to me by a friend, because the children who have it (Nikos and Pavlos) are very helpful. And that's exactly how it was. I suffered a last minute injury and they did their best to help me. And they did it.
They repair something that others can not (or do not want to). They have passion, kindness, ability and humor. Terrible guys, surely whenever I need service on anything again, I will go there.

Χρειάστηκα τη βοήθειά τους αρκετές φορές και με εξυπηρέτησαν από το πιο απλό μέχρι το πιο δύσκολο θέμα!!! Και άμεσα.....
Γρήγοροι στη δουλειά τους, γνώστες πραγματικά με εμπειρία αλλά και μεράκι!!!!
Μα αυτό που για μένα έχει πραγματικά σημασία είναι η ευγένεια και ο τρόπος που αντιμετωπίζουν τον πελάτη.........
