f	fconrad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like someone wrote if you are a nostalgic of the eighties this is the right place to re experience Cyclades Nostalgy. Atmosphere, furniture, food and prices date back to then. Anyway cuisine is traditional WITH some little special taste, try ma y appetizers.

The place is a combination between a grocery and a tavern, as it's name shows, very interesting. The food is just delicios, like the grandma's food. The residents of the village meet there to talk and to eat, it seems that they do not prefer Facebook instead the real life. :) If you want to have a very authentic experience, go there. The prices are unbelievable small, half of the ones from Chora.

We also ordered the homemade pasta with fried meatballs. Best meatballs we’ve ever had! Great little spot. Google says they open at 12, but we stopped there and they said they didn’t open until 1 PM. I highly suggest eating here!

And yes, the stuff on the shelves are real. And yes, you may see a random local entering the place in order to buy a can of tuna while your are eating. And yes, it’s super cute! Mrs Eirini, if you ever see this, I am grateful I met you and honored I ate at your restaurant-market!!

No menu, so Irene just tells you the dishes of the day. Don’t be scared. Prices are below market. For 1 salad, 1 appetiser, 2 huuuge and very tasty main dishes and alcohol we paid less than 40€. I totally recommend it.
