★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple the best place to eat in Folegandros. The service, the quality and the prices are way better than anything else in Folegandros. I have been in the island for 5 days and every day try something different. This place is something different and it's definitely worth to go. For the same plates (and lower quality) you'll pay half price compared to Chora's restaurants.

(We stoped there by chance to ask directions to the beach , and the guy was so friendly that we decided to have lunch there in our way back)
The family that owns the place is really friendly.
You can feel that the food is authentic and is not expensive compared to other turistic places.
The home made fresh pasta (Matsata) is a must have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent tavern to visit at the area. The food is of great quality and the people there very warm, helpful and friendly. Definitely try the local pasta called matchata. All the ingredients of the meals are super fresh, most of them from the gardens and the fields of the family.
