★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The saltiest pasta I’ve ever tasted. Don’t know how they got it this salty. The owner/waitress was also very salty.
To answer the owner’s follow-up question: I’m the person who came a couple of nights ago and only had a few spoonfuls of carbonara. We didn’t want to say anything because the tone and manner with which you treated us and other guests (when we wanted to pay by card) was a little scary…far from welcoming. I’ve eaten at many great Italian restaurants both in and outside of Italy, so I know what good carbonara should taste like. Also, the salad with giant cubes of Parmesan rind, not even shaved or grated…never ever come across that before, and hopefully never again.

I was very enthusiastic about the whole dinner. The restaurant is run by a really sympathetic Italian couple. I recommend eating here!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the restaurant for the second time. The pizzas were good, made with fresh products but maybe overpriced as compared to very good restaurants on the island. The way the covid was dealt with was surprising: we were explained that they didn't want the vaccinated customers inside the building because they did "not want spike proteins in the house". At the end, as we wanted to pay by credit card, we were asked "no cash ?" although their POS machine was working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a delightful romantic dinner under the stars here! The host so welcoming, and amazing food! Tasty salad grown from the garden to start, delicious fresh homemade ragu and one of the best sourdough pizzas we’ve ever had, finished with a yummy semi freddo. Amazing value with gorgeous wine - really recommend and we will come again before we leave the island! Thank you so much for a perfect evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original Italian flavors! Restaurant is located to Small village Ano Meria less than 15 min drive from Chora. Private parking is available. Italian owners are very pleasant and very communicative. However what counts more is the excellent taste of their dishes. You should try pasta and risotto with mushrooms! Quantity is fine and prices are medium to high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ found out about this through another traveller. dropped by for lunch around 3 and to our surprise they were still open. hosts were fantastic and their food spectacular. thoroughly enjoyed their risotto and pasta. the chef has a passion for pizza and was told that it’s really good but only available for dinner. will visit again if ever in folegandros!
oh, and do try the house white wine. it’s really good!
