Great service and good food. The menu is limited with mainly their own produced pasta accompanied with a variety of meat of your choice. The also have steaks and fish.

Very good hearty Greek food. Simple and tasty. Particularly enjoyed the cheese pastries and the rose jam with Greek yoghurt served at the end was delicious.

Visited the place on August 16th, a party of 4. It is one of the traditional taverns of the Ano Meria village and everyone is suggesting it. They are right to do so! We had: 1) Greek salad: A classic and fresh salad 2) Small cheese pies: Filled with their local cheese souroti. Delicious! 3) Fava balls: Delicious! 4) Matsata (a local pasta dish). I had mine with rabbit. A rather heavy plate but delicious!!! You must try it! Overall, the staff was very attentive and quick to respond and the place was very clean and with a nice view!

Established 1920, Sinadisi is about as authentic as it gets. Excellent Matasata served with Rooster, Rabbit, Goat, etc., is outstanding! Prices are very reasonable and the family run business serves up delicious food quickly and with a smile. Gorgeous Aegean Sea and terraced hillside views from every table on the large, covered veranda! Idyllic “music” is provided courtesy of bleating goats, tweeting birds, the gentle breeze and an occasional “moo” from a nearby bovine. Truly serene. Breakfast available before you head to the beaches. Ample free parking just across the street.

We ordered the horta, kalasouna, and matsata, which is what this restaurant seems to be known for. All were very delicious. Matsata came in generous portions. I highly recommend you try the kalasouna as well. Service was very good and honest-- waitress thought we overpaid and found us outside to let us know. I'd recommend a trip to Ano Meria for this restaurant.

This is the place if you wish to try the local famous pasta matsata! It is really tasty and we are a group of Italians who are very sensitive with pasta :) do not miss it and try it for lunch (or dinner)! The service is a little bit hectic but why you have to rush on an island and in holidays?!

I think Sinadisi has the most traditional, authentic and delicious food in Folegandros. Maria and his family is running the business and has the most delicious Souroto (local soft cheese) in the island. Lamb chops, matsata, meat balls and pork are all delicious. We went three times out of five at our stay in Folegandros.
