D	D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice little hotel with bright and clean rooms. Wonderful staff with plenty of advices on the area. Amazing view on Monemvasia rock from the room and the terrace. A great beach is 2mn walk away through the property garden. Complete breakfast. And for cat lover, the mascot is always keen on cuddle.
J	John Kontogianis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed at Iris Beach Hotel Sep-2018. The Good: Great idea to supply guest with beach bag, towels and sun umbrellas. Room was very clean. Air conditioning worked very well. The Bad: We had major plumbing problems hot water was inadequate. The showers were very small. The beds were uncomfortable stiff. Breakfast was just okay very sparse. Overall I would not recommend, would have paid extra for something better.

I find it is very expensive for what it offers, besides the view. Very polite staff, but definitely not value for money!

They offer basic facilities and a decent breakfast; staff are polite and responsive. The state of the room was however far from what was displayed in booking.com or google; this would definitely require substantive refurbishment to reach the expected standards. Besides lack of good drainage in the bathroom caused repeated overflow from the floor's syphon while showering or using the basin. Equally annoying the fact that during our 3-day stay, sheets and towels were not changed and garbage were removed once. This was not value for money to my opinion and not recommended.
C	Costas Metaxas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was ideal, as it was not too far from Movemvasia, but not too close either and the noise and hustle was non-existent. The huge veranda facing the sea and the Monemvasia rock is the best selling point of this place. To complement the great location, the staff and owners treated us like family. Their service was above and beyond. Breakfast was tasty and a lot of the offered food was sourced from local farms. A nice beach with small round pebbles, instead of sand, was a few minutes walk from the hotel and the sea was magnificent, both in clarity and temperature. As an added bonus, we witnessed the dash of a few little Caretta turtles from their marked nests to the sea. It was a magnificent experience.
