Συγνώμη που ενοχλούμε για την διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων με σκοπό την αγορά τους. Είναι καταστήματα με premium brand και θα έπρεπε ίσως να έχουν διαφορετική πολιτική στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη γιατί όταν τους καλείς ή κάποιο θέμα έχεις με ένα προϊόν ή θέλεις να αγοράσεις κάποιο με μέση αξία 1000€,δεν καλείς γιατί δεν έχεις τι να κάνεις και θες να περάσεις τον χρόνο σου. Ευχαριστώ. Unacceptable, they never pick up the phone. We called so many times, waiting how long and in the end busy. Also the same in the store in the center. I	Iosifidis Ioannis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταχώρηση παραγγελίας 27/11/21 πέρασα 3 φορές απο το κατάστημα και πάντα η ίδια απάντηση "θα σας ειδοποίησουμε όταν έρθει το προίον στο κατάστημα". Απαράδεκτο οτι ποτέ δεν ειδοποίησαν για καθυστερήσεις ή ακομα και για έλλειψη προιόντος.... Order entry 11/27/21 I spent 3 times from the store and always the same answer "will notify you when the product comes into the store." Unacceptable that they never alerted to delays or even for lack of product ....

Καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί, ζήτησα τζαμάκι για το κινητό και μου είπαν ότι δεν έχει και περιμένουν από εβδομάδα και βγαίνοντας από το μαγαζί τηλεφώνησα στο istorm του κέντρου και μου είπαν πως είχαν και στο κέντρο και στο κόσμος. Ξανά μπαινω μέσα και τους είπα πως μιλησα με το istorm του κέντρου και ότι μάλιστα έχουν πολλά, μπαίνει μέσα στην αποθήκη και λέει «Αα ναι μόλις ήρθανε» ενω ήμουν έξω απτό μαγαζί και δεν είχε μπει κανένας. Όλα αυτά παρουσία μπροστά στην υπεύθυνη του μαγαζιού χωρίς να πει τίποτα. Λυπάμαι Unacceptable. Όταν παρήγγειλα όλα τα είδη εμφανίστηκαν ως άμεσα διαθέσιμα. Φαίνεται ότι ορίζουν την άμεση ως περισσότερες από 10 ημέρες. Μπαίνω στο κατάστημά τους για να ζητήσω βοήθεια ή επιστροφή χρημάτων. Μου λένε ότι δεν μπορούν να βοηθήσουν σε κανένα μέτωπο και πρέπει να καλέσω το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Φοβερο! Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και μου λένε ότι η παραγγελία θα αποσταλεί το βράδυ. Χωρίς έκπληξη. Δεν απεστάλη παραγγελία. Στη συνέχεια τηλεφωνώ για να ζητήσω την ακύρωση της παραγγελίας μου. Επιβεβαιώνουν ότι έχει ακυρωθεί. Μπαίνω στο Διαδίκτυο και χωρίς έκπληξη η παραγγελία δεν ακυρώνεται. Αξιολύπητο! Εξηγεί γιατί τα καταστήματα είναι πάντα άδεια και γιατί η Apple πιστεύει ότι οι Έλληνες έχουν κάποια απέχθεια για τα προϊόντα τους. Do not buy online from this company.
