I gave in a defective iPhone X unit for them to fix/replace, i asked the rep how long this would take and he told me "no longer than 5 days". It is now 18 days later, and not a single word from them. Ive called them over the days and their answer is always the same: "Its in transit" what does that even mean? its as if they give me this response just to get rid of me. This store does not live up to Apple's legendary customer service. They do not even deserve the "Premium reseller" badge. Im reporting their horrid customer service to Apple directly to see what they can do. Absolute rubbish, avoid at all costs.
F	Fotis Var on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to purchase a phone yesterday. When I got in, there was already an argument between an old couple and a rep. That wasn't a health sign for the store. The couple seemed frustrated because of a delay. From what I heard they were told that their case wouldn't be solved that moment and they had to visit again the store. Another rep approached me and asked what I want, I explained to her but her way man... she was so bored... she went to get my phone reluctantly from the shelve. She came back and seemed like she was working in a mine back in 1900. I tried to start a small talk with her up because I had a few questions and she wasn't in the mood to explain in depth. She was basic. I don't want to use the word rude to describe my experience, but I am gonna say that my personal opinion is that, that girl doesn't like what she does over there. I felt bad for her and for my purchase because I couldn't get all the answers that I wanted. She made me leave the store as soon as the sim card of the new phone was installed. I wouldn't go again.
T	Tina K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company, and especially the store on Tsimiski street in Thessaloniki, uses unprofessional tactics to evade responsibility. My son ordered on line an iphone 7 plus, 32GB, at the discount price advertised on the istorm site for €449.00. The order, price & all, was confirmed on the same day, which was a Saturday. On the next working day (Monday) he received an e-mail saying that the order was ready for pick up at the Tsimiski store. On Tuesday morning I received a telephone call from the store, telling me that the discount price expired on Monday and that the order Is available only if I pay €549! Mark this: there was no stipulation of a time-limit specified either on the confirmation-of-order or on the pick-up message. There was no electronic message at all telling us that there was a limit of same-day pickup!
R	Rais Len on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to complain against iStorm - Apple Premium Reseller- Tsimiski, Thessaloniki Technical Support. I gave them an iPhone 6s that could not be rebooted and they only tried to restore it through iTunes as a simple user. They had no special expertise and they claimed that the motherboard had an issue without providing extra technical details or analysis. Therefore the only fix that they suggested was the replacement with 450 euros. The next day, I gave the phone to a phone technician and he fixed it in seconds at the same price that they required for the false report. What a waste of 25 euros for a useless service. I have already submitted an official complaint to Apple and they will investigate.

A	Anthony Veaudry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent an iPhone there for repair of the earpice and for a bettery replacement. I got a wrong diagnosis that the earpice is fine. So I tried phoning, Emailing, FAXing, and contacting on facebook to talk to someone about this. The phone center some times puts you on hold then drops out or won't even ring. I filed an official complaint about this store with Apple Greece. Their number is +30 008004414‬‬‬5417. If you are having similar problems please file a report aswell. if there are many peaple with the same problem Apple might be abble to help.
R	Rose Njuguna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is definitely the worst!! They just rip off clients!! Bought some Apple products with 800 reward points, to which they stole. They claimed that my Apple account was the issue. To those that don't know, when u get apple products you get points equivalent to cash, so discounts on apple accessories,i.e charges, cases etc. Scan ur receipt barcode and recieve the points while still at the store. The store manager steals these points from people who don't know and shares them to his friends and colleagues.
y	yusuf dönmez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there were scratches on both iphone and macbook pro after battery replacement service. I recommend to take photo your devices before you bring them for repair.
