Πραγματικά λυπάμαι πολύ που μια τόσο μεγάλη εταιρία έχει τόσο απογοητευτικό support και πολιτική στο eshop της! Δυστυχώς όμως είναι αλήθεια. Τις περισσότερες φορές καμία μεγάλη εταιρία δεν ενδιαφέρεται εάν έχει δυσαρεστημένους πελάτες. Κρίμα This time the shoes I got very medium quality for the money I gave ..! I really regret that such a big company has so disappointing support and policy at its eshop! Unfortunately, it is true. Most of the time, no big company is interested in having unhappy customers. Pity

Όταν πήγα να το αλλάξω (μια εβδομάδα μετά) μου είπαν ότι κάνει πολύ λιγότερο απ' ότι είχαν πληρωθεί στην πραγματικότητα. Ευτυχώς το δώρο το είχε πάρει η μάνα μου και μου είπε την αληθινή τιμή. Έτυχε να ενημερωθώ εγκαίρως και τους ζήτησα να το αλλάξουν. Και πάλι δεν μου έβαλαν ολόκληρο το ποσό και η συμπεριφορά της υπεύθυνης ήταν απαράδεκτη!! Νούμερα δεν υπήρχαν και με πίεζαν να καταλήξω γιατί θα έχανα όλο το ποσό. Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ. Μην κάνετε ποτέ δώρο σε κάποιον από εδώ!! Terrible experience. They brought me a Christmas present from here. When I went to change it (a week later) I was told that it was doing much less than they had actually been paid. Luckily my mom got the gift and she told me the true price. I happened to be informed in time and asked them to change it. Again I was not paid the full amount and the conduct of the manager was unacceptable !! There were no numbers and I was forced to come up with why I would lose the whole amount. The worst experience I've ever had. Never give a gift to anyone here !!

n	nasos nr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για να παραλάβω μια on-line παραγγελία που είχα κάνει.Τρομερή εξυπηρέτηση με ευγένια, γνώστες του αντικειμένου (με βοήθησαν ουσιαστικά να συνδυάσω και ζώνη με τα παπούτσια) ασυναγώνιστες τιμές.Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ I visited this store to pick up an online order I had placed. Ειρωνικη , ξινη, το παιζει εξυπνη και με διορθωνε συνεχως σε οτι και αν ελεγα.Ειναι τελειως απροθυμη να εξυπηρετησει.Οσα παπουτσια της ζητουσα δεν τα ειχε (και καλα) αλλα μετα τα εβρισκε οταν της ελεγα οτι στο site δειχνει αποθεμα στο καταστημα τους. Τελος,εβρισκε συνεχως δικαιολογιες.. τυπου οτι μπορει να φαινονται οτι υπαρχουν αλλα ειναι κρατημενα για πελατισσες!!!!! Λες και μεις δεν ειμαστε πελατισσες. Να σημειωσω πως αγορασα 2 ζευγαρια παπουτσια με τα χιλια ζορια και με μεγαλη προσπαθεια ,αφου δεν ηθελε να μου τα δωσει! Rude is the big lady who works in the store. Αγενέστατος κυρίως απέναντι στις πωλήτριες, έδινε διαταγές και τους μιλούσε άσχημα μπροστα στους πελάτες. Οι κοπέλες έκαναν ότι μπορούσαν για να εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά με έναν τέτοιο άνθρωπο πάνω απο το κεφάλι σου πως μπορείς να λειτουργήσεις. Έμεινα '15 και πραγματικά τις λυπήθηκα.
