They obviously don't respect hygiene and conservation standard. They should not be allowed to operate and could send you to the hospital or cause you a chronic stomach disease for the rest of your life. Just escape.

They obviously rely on the fact that there are no other choices around, beside another canteen that seems to be even worse. The best choice is to be prepared with food and drinks bought at fair prices from the near village.
