★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φέτος πήγαμε Κύθηρα αρχές Σεπτεμβρίου με το 8 μηνών παιδί μας. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο.Πεντακάθαρα όλα. 75 ευρώ το βράδυ αλλά δεν τα κλάψαμε καθόλου. Όταν η οικοδέσποινα είναι σωστός επαγγελματίας και σέβεται τα χρήματα που ξοδεύεις για τις διακοπές σου τότε όλα βαίνουν καλός. Αν ξαναπάω κυθηρα θα την προτιμήσω.
 This year we went to Kythira in early September with our 8 month old child. The location is excellent, the room is spacious. Everything is spotless. 75 euros per night but we did not cry at all. When the hostess is a good professional and respects the money you spend on your vacation then everything goes well. If I go to Kythira again I will prefer it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not displayed correctly on the map but it as central as it can get in Avlemonas. Walk 50 metres and you jump into the water. We have been going there for 2 years. The studios are designed in traditional Aegean architecture, creating back yards. A family-run business, we felt at home the moment we stepped foot. Uberclean, and probably the best wi-fi on the whole island of Kithira. You hear the birds at night from the balcony, with the stars above you. It is just amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My travelling companion and I had the recent good fortune to stay at Kanelli Studios . We had originally booked for one week but extended an extra week, as the service and accommodation were faultless.
Our hostess, Andriana, is an experienced and capable hotelier. She has an exceptional eye for detail and is personally attentive to her guest's needs.
Andriana is a warm hearted, generous person. She assisted us with local sightseeing and oversaw flight bookings - nothing was too much trouble.
We were disappointed to see a posting by a guest who was in attendance during our stay, as it was so at odds with our experience, both of us having travelled widely all over the world.
We will return to Kanellis Studios when we are next in Avlemonas and pass on our positive experience to any others visiting the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, dreamy location, great water pressure and quiet atmosphere. Clean, fully equipped kitchen and pet friendly. There was no AC in the bedroom only in the main living room but keeping the door open combined with the ceiling fan did the trick! Also, in our room the Wi-Fi worked properly only out on the balcony.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a nice and quiet holiday! Just lovely!
