The owner Mr.Panos is very friendly,the location is clean and classy,the view on the sea is wonderful,it's a fantastic esperience.

Idyllic setting and immaculate accommodation. The Eco villa was beautiful and peaceful. We spent most of the time relaxing by the pool and sunbathing. Ideally situated for exploring the rest of the island and its picturesque villages.

The location was very good. The pool was also good although too much salt in it, you could feel your eyes itching after taking a dive. The view was spectacular. BUT Service, I strongly believe they should look up the meaning of the word in a dictionary. It was very bad, bed sheets not in place upon arrival, towels were not enough. We had to ask for the towels. They knew we were 4 people, 3 adults and a child and there were only 3 towels. But again why would you need towels if there is no adequate water to take a shower. The doors do not close and they did not bother to fix them. A big minus was the AC. Just non existent. Hot water ? that's another joke. And all that in the name of eco friendly. These people are so cheap that they use the eco friendly word to hide their stinginess. The guy in charge, Mr. Panos, was a big joke. The moment you present the problems to him, he turns around and walks away. Very professional. I wonder why they keep him there. When asked about the AC he said that they are eco friendly and the so called "avra" from the sea will make you sleep like a baby. Cheapscape. The electric balcony shield would not work and you had to use the manual to lift it and his excuse was : It is good morning exercise. What an ****. He told us to speak directly to the owner, and of course the owner never showed up. He has a staff of a family consisting of a lady, her husband and their daughter to take care of the facility and i must admit that these people try very hard, but the fact that the so called Mr. Panos is unorganised and an **** just messes things up. He sits by the pool all day doing absolutely nothing and plays the big boss role. WHAT AN ****. They told us we could order breakfast. So we thought we should try it. We told them that we would like breakfast around 9:30 am. We are still waiting for it. What a joke. Thank god we had a car and we could take advantage of the very nice and professional restaurants of that beautiful island. Thank god we had a car and we could go go elsewhere to use the toilet facilities since they were not working properly. Thank god we had a car and we could visit the beautiful villages and beaches of the island. In short i strongly recommend a visit to the island but totally avoid this overpriced place with no service at all.

Amazing location and the view heavenly Close to beautiful beaches, lovely town of Avlemonas. Can watch the sun and moon rise Price is reasonable Villas are nice but not much privacy on balconies. Rooms are nice, water pressure is Greek standard no pressure. You can hear everything that your neighbours are doing most times Infinity pool has an awesome outlook Service is average, we did need to ask for towels and new sheets. The family looking after the place don't show enough care. If your expectations are not high you will enjoy this place. I did!

Scenery wise it's the best resort . I haven't stayed in other resorts but I have driven to see them all and none of them has this sort of view maybe only one more but the other one is not even as close to the beach while here the beach is next to you (kaladi beach is the prettiest beach we went to) and you can see it from your pool . The little houses are beautiful inside and out . All white except the bathroom which is from rocks. Only one other couple was here and they were gone most of the time so the whole place was ours to roam around . There are some small puppies 2 dogs and one cat so if you have problem with animals this is not really your place as the owner let's them free and they will follow you but the puppies are adorable so we never had an issue.
