Α	ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΟΣ ΝΑΣΙΑΚΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρετικοί. Η COSMOTE με διαφορά είναι πρώτη στις τηλεπικοινωνίες. Είναι ακριβότερη, αλλά αξίζει τα λεφτά της. Helpful. COSMOTE is by far the first in telecommunications. It's more expensive, but worth the money.

Απογοήτευση , ευτυχώς υπάρχουν εναλλακτικές για να ρυθμίσω τα θέμα μου της κοσμοτε Poor service, rude employees and pretended not to know what gov.gr is. No desire for service. On the first visit the clerk was abrupt and unsmiling. I will be back with a new review when I visit the store soon. I just hope it was a bad day.

Ο υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε μου είπε ότι θα χρειαστεί να κάνω πρώτα τρεις μήνες σύνδεση και μετά να ενεργοποιήσω το καρτοσυμβόλαιο. Με ενημέρωσαν στον Γερμανό ότι κάτι τέτοιο δεν ισχύει. Συνεπώς δεν μπορώ παρά να θεωρήσω ότι στην cosmote μου έδωσαν εσκεμμένα ψεύτικες πληροφορίες και με υποχρέωσαν να κάνω μια σύνδεση που δεν επιθυμούσα. I wanted to transfer my number from Vodafone to cosmote and get a student card contract. The clerk who served me told me that I would need to log in first for three months and then activate the card contract. I was informed by the German that this was not the case. So I can only believe that cosmote deliberately gave me false information and forced me to make a connection that I did not want.

Με ύφος αγρικου η υπάλληλος στην είσοδο και κουνώντας χέρια και πόδια με έδιωξε λέγοντας μου το αδιανόητο: ότι δεν δέχονται ...εξουσιδοτησεις. Τηλεφώνησα στο προϊστάμενο της υπηρεσίας ο οποίος με διαβεβαίωσε ότι οι εξουσιοδοτήσεις ασφαλώς και γίνονται αποδεκτές. Λοιπόν, πείτε στο αγενές και άσχετο προσωπικό σας πώς να φέρεται και ποια ακριβώς είναι η δουλειά του, για να αποφεύγουν οι πελάτες σας την ταλαιπωρία! I went to the store, with official authorization from gov.gr, to get mobile phone certificates which belong to the wife's name. In the style of a villain, the clerk at the entrance and waving his arms and legs drove me away, telling me the unthinkable: that they do not accept ... authorizations. I called the head of the service who assured me that the authorizations are of course accepted. Well, tell your rude and irrelevant staff how to behave and what exactly their job is, so that your customers avoid the hassle!
