Η εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα δεν ήταν καλή.
Για κάποιο λόγο που δεν γνωρίζω δεν λαμβάνω λογαριασμό στην έδρα μου και έχω ενημερώσει.
Και τέλος η σύνδεση στην περιοχή μου ( Μικρή Μαντίνεια Καλαμάτας) είναι απαράδεκτη και δεν έχει καμία σχέση σε αυτό που πληρώνω και αυτό που μου έχετε πουλήσω (υπηρεσίες)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless, rude staff, managers are sitting and chatting while people are waiting outside. The network is not supported for routers (except Cosmote, which is not functional at all) but they are selling the data cards without informing the customers (Iaonnninion). Afterwards, they will not accept a refund (they will connect you to "priority" call support if you are willing to wait for a few hours for someone to answer). Not for tourists at all, rather use Vodafone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Internet installer came to my place of business to install internet and in front of a client started telling me off what a awful place the basement of the building was. How he cannot step a foot , how unhygienic it is and until we fix our basement he will not install the internet. The basement is where The electricity lines and the phone lines are located and noone lives there yet he insisted we all go down the client included to show us what it looks like. I was mortified. The place is just a warehouse with cement floors nothing fancy but It is clean. He was completely unprofessional. Raged that there were no internet lines in the building and until we fixed the problem cosmote is not going to install anything. My place of business is a high end rental hotel that has luxurious amenities. This is NOT what I wanted clients to be subjected to. I called an independent cable guy and he said that the building has indeed internet lines. He did the job the cosmote technician was supposed to do and paid him the money
Then the technician came back, all the job was completed by the previous guy and we got cosmote internet. Super unprofessional, super offensive experience.
