★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκρρεμει αίτηση που έχω κάνει 2 Σεπτεμβρίου.. Για ίντερνετ στην ευρύτερη περιοχή Μεσσηνίας... Σε λίγες μέρες θα ανταλλάξουμε ευχές για καινούργια χρονιά!!!!! Και παει λέγοντας... Η δικαιολογία...??? Να φιλοτιμηθη ο ΟΤΕ να βάλει ένα κουτάκι...!!!! Κατά τα άλλα Vodafone...... Κολοκύθια τούμπανα!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτρια προς καλή εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα, αλλά το τηλέφωνο δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ. Δεν έστειλαν τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά για την σύνδεση μου (σύμφωνα με τα κεντρικά της Vodafone) και το θέμα ενώ θα μπορούσε να επιλυθεί μέσω τηλεφώνου, αναγκάζομαι να πάω από 'κει. Οι υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος παρόλαυτα είναι ευγενικοί και συνεργάσιμοι.
Moderate to good service at the store, but the phone never picks up. They didn't send the necessary supporting documents for my connection (according to Vodafone headquarters) and the issue while it could be resolved over the phone, I have to go from there. The shop staff, however, are polite and cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλλοδαπος υφισταμενος μου μετεβη στις 2/8 στο καταστημα γιατι ειχε προβλημα στη φορτιση του κινητου του καθως και ανανεωση δεδομενων για δυο αριθμους
Το προβλημα οχι μονο δε λυθηκε αλλα τον χρεωσαν και με νεο φορτιστη !!! και μαλιστα απο τους πιο ακριβους.
Ως αναφορα την ανανεωση των δεδομενων εγινε για τον ενα αριθμο αλλα στην καρτα του χρεωσαν για δυο.Η "εξυπηρετηση" εγινε απο τη Κ. Λ. Βασιλικη.
Σημερα που πηγαμε μαζι εκανε την ανηξερη αλλα ευτυχως ειχε κρατησει τις αποδειξεις και εγινε η ανανεωση απο συναδελφο της .
Ως αναφορα το φορτιστη δεν τον δεχθηκαν πισω γιατι ηταν ανοιγμενος .Ο υπευθυνος καταστηματος ελειπε .
Το προβλημα στο κινητο λυθηκε απο αλλο καταστημα τηλεφωνιας οπου απλα καθαρισαν την θυρα εισοδου του φορτιστη.
Η ολη αντιμετωπιση απεναντι του ηταν απαξιωτικη ,ρατσιστικη,και με σκοπο την υπερχρεωση του "αλλοδαπου" που δε γνωριζει και πολλα απο τεχνολογια.

As a report, the charger was not accepted back because it was open. The store manager was missing.
The problem with the mobile phone was solved by another telephone store where they simply cleaned the charger entrance door.
The whole treatment of him was disparaging, racist, and aimed at over-indebtedness of the "foreigner" who does not know much about technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγε να πληρώσει η μητερα μου λογαριασμό και δεν την εξυπηρέτησαν στην πόρτα γιατί υπάρχουν κάμερες λέει. Νομιζουν οτι έχουμε την ορεξη και τα λεφτα να κάνουμε τα χαζοτεστ τους. Μετανιώνω που δε φωνάξαμε την αστυνομία. Κοπρίτες.
