★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παντελής έλλειψη στοιχειωδών κανόνων λειτουργίας καταστήματος. Άγνοια του αντικειμένου. Αγενές προσωπικό. Μη αναγνώριση των σφαλμάτων τους. Προσπάθεια δημιουργίας εντυπώσεων. Διαστρέβλωση των λεγομένων του πελάτη. Καμία διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης. Μη συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες πρόληψης και ασφαλείας πέρι covid-19 (η μάσκα φορεμένη κάτω από τη μύτη). Πραγματικά, είναι απορίας άξιο πως η COSMOTE δίνει την ταμπέλα της σε τέτοια καταστήματα.
Complete lack of basic rules of store operation. Ignorance of the object. Rude staff. Non-recognition of their errors. Trying to create impressions. Distortion of what the customer says. No service mood. Non-compliance with the rules of prevention and safety around covid-19 (the mask worn under the nose). It is really surprising that COSMOTE gives its label in such stores.

Just unacceptable !! Misleading prices !!! And they tell you the employee forgot to change the price !!
